I appreciate your thoughts, and I will share those opinions with the website to help readers find a better hotel. I just got an email from my wife to the hotel, and I think it can tell you more about our stay at this hotel. The hotel is beautiful, and the location is perfect. The two nights that my husband and I stayed at your hotel were filled with disappointment, and I think there is something wrong with the staff who give the customer service. This hotel is in a lovely location. However, given the two days of actual experiences, I would appreciate you taking some notice of the problem I see as one of the hotel guests. I believe the service will make for a long-term advantage. On the first day at night at 2 pm, no one came within a few minutes. We asked for an extra blanket on the first day at 22:30, but nobody came and was about to make me feel cold, so my husband feared waking up at night as a result. If I were at the receptionist as a receptionist, I would answer at least yes, sir, it is indeed possible, and if the client inquires about the price I'd add it. When the breakfast on the second day in June, the person at the receptionist stated just that she was very new and didn't know anything. I suppose this is my first day. The hotel is disgusting. The rooms were filthy, the bathroom is filthy, and the bedding is old. The ventilation above the bathtub had dust hanging from it, as could be expected from a large family. The chocolate on the pillow was delicious, and the breakfast was adequate. The staff was helpful and the location is convenient, but there are better hostels around.

This hotel is located right by the main train station and across the street from the old town, but other than that it's very old. It smells heavily of chlorine in the lobby from the pool, and my room smells strongly of bleach. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, which is basically not what you want from a hotel room. The cleaner woke me up as they arrived at a bit early, which is a little drastic. I also booked an upper room with town views and a lower room with a roof view. Overall, it was adequate but uncomfortable and overpriced.

Maritime hotel is located in the center of the city at night next to the train station and subway. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was good but maybe a bit pricey. Parking in the basement which is very appreciated.
