In regard to the consumption of utilities, the meter readings will be recorded when you pick up the keys and again on departure. Please note that the consumption of utilities will be calculated at the following rates:Electricity: EUR 0.43 per kilowatt hourWater: EUR 6.50 per m³Gas: EUR 0.078 per kilowatt hour.Your consumption of utilities will be included in the booking rate, provided you do not exceed EUR 40 in charges for the Two-Bedroom Houses and EUR 60 in charges for the Three-Bedroom Houses. You will be charged for any extra consumption.Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of €8 per day.Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required.
