We had a great stay here. Really handy for the train station. Staff were SO friendly and helpful. Our room was a little dated, but the bathroom was new and modern. The room was so clear. Would stay again :)

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were really nice & my room was great, good size and comfortable. It's a quick and easy walk to/from the train station and the travel card you get makes it easy take trips around the Black Forest area. Would definitely like to come back to Lörrach and would stay here again.

This hotel is highly recommended! They are ideal for lone travelers. They provided me with alternatives milk since I am dairy-intolerant. The staff was welcoming and accommodating, assisting an international with no German-speaking understanding of the area I was visiting to locate my way around and be closer to the location where I was staying. In addition, I was picked up from the airport, saving me time to get there as a non-driver. Thank you very much!

The location of the hotel is in the center of Lorrach. There is also a park within the same building and access is easy. The room is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful.. The place is great.

I can recommend this location for anyone looking for a reasonably priced and functional place to spend the night. It is well situated in the heart of the town of Loyrach and spotless. The staff is very friendly and uses technology to overcome the extremely limited hours the receptionist is on duty. If you plan to arrive outside of this time period, you can arrange to pick up your key through a safe deposit box at the hotel. You must do so in advance, so make sure to call the morning of your late arrival.

Excellent experience for us. They gave small gifts for the kids and treats for the dog at the reception. The room is clean. The staff is the ideal kind, well-presented, intelligent, and officiant. The restaurant of the hotel is fantastic! very high quality cuisine.
