Gefallen hat mir nicht das das Menü für die Linder nocht besonders war es fehlte Pfannekuchen odet Pizza usw.war nicht sehr abwechselnd und das Gemüse war immer das gleiche und lieblos gekocht ansonstem war ich sehr zufrieden mit den Hotel direkt am Strand

Vorgesehen war für unseren Aufenthalt das Zimmer 319. Es roch stark nach Küchenabluft. Nach unserer Reklamation bekamen wir ein neues Zimmer mit Aufpreis. Niveau und Sauberkeit waren gut. Bezüglich des Services gab es grössere Unterschiede, es waren wohl nicht alle Fachkräfte. Das Hotel können wir weiterempfehlen , trotz der Defizite im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Das Hotel ist toll gelegen, vom Strand nur durch eine Düne getrennt. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig mit genug Stauraum und sehr sauber, das Bett sehr bequem. Das Bad war modern mit einer großen Dusche und angenehm viel Ablagefläche. Die Pflegeprodukte im Bad waren wirklich schön, sehr angenehmer Duft. Auf dem Zimmer gab es ein Tablet , mit dem man alle Infos über das Hotel abrufen konnte, das funktionierte leider nur am ersten Abend. Wir haben das angemahnt, es funktionierte aber bis zuletzt nicht. Da wäre eine Rückmeldung des Hotels vielleicht angebracht gewesen. Der Balkon war groß und hatte Platz für eine Sitzecke und zwei Liegestühle, wirklich schöner Blick auf das Meer in den Sonnenuntergang. Zum Frühstück gab es alles, was man sich nur vorstellen kann, richtig gut. Die Auswahl an grünem Tee könnte größer sein, aber das ist ja Geschmackssache. Beim Abenessen konnte man ein Vier-Gänge-Menü bekommen, bei dem mindestens der Hauptgang auch jeden Tag wechselte. Die Tageskarte war jeden Tag gleich, was für uns ein bisschen schade war. Wir waren immer lange auf Entdeckertour und wollten abends dann nicht noch 4 Gänge essen, da haben wir uns dann einfach auswärts versorgt. In der Bar nettes Personal, das auch bei der Getränkewahl gut beraten konnte. Den SPA-Bereich und das Schwimmbad haben wir nicht genutzt. Die Tennisplätze sahen gut gepflegt aus, haben wir aber auch nicht genutzt. Die ganze Anlage war sehr gut gepflegt und das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Leider nicht so kinderfreundlich wie erhofft. Das Schwimmbad war von 8-9h sowie von 16-18h nur für Erwachsene. Abgesehen davon wunderschöner Urlaub!

Gebuchtes Zimmer entsprach nicht 4 Sterne Standard (Größe und Zustand Mobiliar). Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war damit entsprechend schlecht. Nach Beschwerde Upgrade auf andere Zimmerkategorie. Sehr schöne Lage mit Meerblick und direktem Zugang. Tolle und gepflegte Anlage. Frühstück und Service sehr gut.

Wir waren zum 4. Mal im Strandhotel und es war erneut ein rundum schöner Familienurlaub. Die Appartement-Wohnungen im Hotel-Park sind sehr für Familien zu empfehlen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut in der Küche. Der Weg zum Hotel/Restaurant/ Spa und Sport-Bereich ist max. 1-2 Minuten zu Fuß. Ein großes Plus ist die Kinderbetreuung für Kids bis 9 Jahre und neuerdings auch der Teensclub für Kids ab 10 Jahre (ein besonderer Dank geht an Robert Oehme, der besonders engagiert ist und den Teensclub übernommen hat!). Ein spannendes Programm hat unsere Kinder gut beschäftigt und uns somit auch Freiraum gegeben für Sport oder Erholung zu zweit.

Its not a 5* hotel. The hotel is nice, but not premium. Plus points: location near beach, gym, sauna, clean. Feedback to consider: far too expensive. Breakfast quite basic. There is nothing special offered. I asked for fresh milk - they didnt have any, only H-milk. Coffee was not good. Eggs were only availble hard-boiled. The ladys at breakfast really nice. Burger at dinner good. Horrible experience twice at reception. Upon check-in I was asked to pay reservation in full in advance, because they didnt trust me. I paid via Expedia, so reservation was already covered. Then same at checkout - we had an outstanding amount of about 50 EUR. I wanted to pay via AMEX - not possible. Unacceptable in a 5* hotel. So I asked to pay via direct bank transfer. Again the lady (same woman) didnt trust me and said I should find another way. So I phoned my husband, but he had already gone out to golf and would be back in 1 hour. I told her I would be back in 1 hour to pay. She didnt accept and asked me after all to do the bank transfer. The whole experience was horrible, once transfer was done, she did not even say once "thank you and sorry for the inconvenience, I hope you had a nice stay, please come again, have a safe trip back home". She left us leaving this trip with a horrible impression. Like I said, not 5* service and quality, which should be premium. In the end it’s all about how you are being treated that leaves an impression.

Unser Aufenthalt in dem Hotel war eine riesige Enttäuschung. Unser Zimmer war für die 378 € ( allerdings mit Frühstück und Halbpension) viel zu klein. Wir konnten kaum an unserem Bett vorbeikommen. Vor dem Bett war ein knapper Meter bis zu dem Schreibtisch frei. In dem sehr schicken Bad hätte man die Tür ins Kreuz bekommen, wenn der Partner unbedacht hereingekommen wäre, während man vor dem Waschbecken stand. Der schöne Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer und die Dünenlandschaft wurde durch den Geruch und das Geräusch der Abluftrohre der Küche erheblich getrübt. Vor unserer Zimmertür befand sich dem Gestank nach ein Lift, der offensichtlich in den Lagerraum für den Müll führte. Unser 'Highlight' war die Begegnung mit einem Angestellten, der einen Servierwagen in den Lift schob und, obwohl er uns gesehen hatte, laut einen Darmwind von sich gab. Unser Kommentar war :"Gesundheit", seine Antwort: "Danke". Wir würden das Hotel nie wieder besuchen, da nützten auch das gute Essen und der Service nichts. Sollten Sie sich für das Hotel entscheiden, lassen Sie sich nicht Zimmer 319 andrehen.
