Due to a family trip to the town, I stayed there for two nights with my wife. The hotel is excellently located near the autobahn. The rooms were very quiet and clean. The staff was quite pleasant. Excellent breakfast buffet with delicious fresh fruit juice. Vegan options were unavailable and some baked beans and potatoes were missing. All in all, all in all, ok for a German hotel. Will choose this hotel again for our next family event.

I stayed in their restaurant for 9 nights and ate there for most of the nights. I also had breakfast there each day. The food here is excellent as is the staff. It's a typical German hotel with a double bed made from two smaller ones. A piece of clothing to wash your hands, their bodies, and hair. Very clean. There are no English channels though. Will stay there again because of their location close to Bayreuth, a bustling city with lots to do. Wireless coupon!.

Although I was very pleased with my entire trip, I did not appreciate the cold minibar I missed and think the hotel should place a ice cube automat on each floor of the elevator. It was so nice to keep my room with a working air conditioner and the ability to open the window to change the air, the bathroom was so new and spotless, and with everything you needed. I could hear many complaining guests about issues, but I have to say that I had a good experience over the course of my several days there. The internet must be better than a ticket system that takes 5 hours. It must have worked very well in my room, and my room also had a functioning air conditioner and was possible to open the window to change the air, and the bathroom was brand new, spotless, and complete. The personnel provided a warm and accommodating service. The restaurant serves delicious and delicious food, and breakfast is excellent with coffeetermos on each table. Parking outside the hotel is simple and secure.

On the way south, we came across this lovely hotel. The hotel has clean rooms, reasonable prices, and a small restaurant with outside service. Breakfast is included in the prices. But since we wanted to leave early, we got a room rate without breakfast. No problem, we have made a note for it the next time we go here.
