On my first attempt to stay here my flight was delayed and when I arrived at 11 pm the hotel was closed with no way to contact or get in. Despite this, I went back on a subsequent trip to successfully check in and stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the restaurant was nice with good and plentiful food and pleasant servers. The bedroom was clean but a bit worn, but the wifi was very poor, patchy, and non-existent, unconnectable in the restaurant. The en suite shower room was small and very dark, aggravated by dark brown tiles, no natural light, and at best a lightbulb. The shower was so claustrophobic that I could not use it more than once. Nice people and good food but in serious need of an update and not really a business hotel.

I spent some time in Monheim on business, and this small family-run hotel is a fantastic choice. Although the accommodations are rather basic, they are extremely clean and functional. The staff was helpful in allowing us to check in early. Monheim is a peaceful town between Köln and Düsseldorf. Old Monheim, which has many restaurants, is easily accessible from the hotel, and the Rhein River, which is situated nearby, has several walking trails. Every morning, the eatery's breakfast and once for dinner were served in the restaurant. I would have given it five stars, however, the parking is terrible.

We are staying next door to a hotel and I have been very satisfied when we eat here. It's been a great experience, we got good food in a nice warm and relaxing environment. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for good food and relaxing experience.

This is a fantastic hotel with a great staff always ready to assist. We arrived without making a reservation and luckily we were able to secure one of the smaller doubles, which had a beautiful view of the beer garden. The breakfast was delicious, both hot and cold, and the tea was the best cup I had while in Germany.

Gute Lage, sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen - war uns jedoch bei der Buchung bereits bekannt. Dafür sehr guter Preis und sehr sauber. Gutes Frühstück für 12,50€/Person und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Parkplätze direkt am Hotel.

Schön gelegenes Hotel direkt am Rhein und Schiffsanleger. Die Zimmer sind sauber, aber recht altbacken im typischen Stil der 80er. Schwere, dunkle Möbel und ein alter Teppichboden. Die Zimmer sind sehr niedrig. Das Bad ist sehr klein. In der Dusche kann eine 1,80m große Person nicht aufrecht stehen. Knapp 100 Euro für ein DZ ohne Frühstück ist nicht angemessen.
