The best in many ways. Very interesting natural African houses, small or enough big for family, for all pockets. The food is very good, they cook African and European food slovenian specialties.... One of the most beautiful beaches in Africa, is only 5 minutes walk away.

From the moment you walk down the driveway to the gate of Barbara, you know you are in for something special. Every time you enter the grounds, the staff makes a serious effort to organise your party. The accommodations follow the traditional huts you'd usually see in a variety of communities, and the environment is peaceful. A fantastic introduction to the ghanaian way of life. All kinds of birdlife could be found in the beautiful, clean grounds. With a fan and running water, our room was cozy. From our perspective, there aren't many hotels in Ghana. The food was something to look forward to. We were never let down by the evening specials, which we were fortunate to see participate in a christmas performance featuring local musicians performing various drums and songs. A different band was offered for a party this New Years Eve. This is a place where you feel comfortable and accepted. We won't think twice about staying here again for a fantastic Ghanaian experience.

I had a good time meeting all these wonderful individuals and enjoying their hospitality, which is a mix of African and European culture. I got this location to feel Africa and still have the European standard. Also to meet Barara, it's another special thing! It's not just a hotel, but a very welcoming place far away. I joined some activities and went to places I wouldn't have been able to see otherwise. The room was clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the coffee in the barbara was superb. The atmosphere is clean, kind, and magic.

I just love Barbara Village. Everything about it is so relaxing, I love long walks on the beach or walking on the red road to Langkawi. In this area, I am in love. I love Barbara Village because I feel there like home or better than home. I have visited several times and hope to return soon. I frequently stay at the nzulezu home, which is a very remarkable residence. I enjoy standing at a bar and talking or playing cards, enjoying breakfasts with fruit and pancakes, fresh orange or pineapple juice, excellent dinners, and cocktails at the bar. The environment is quite pleasant.

Barbara Village offers travellers an authentic ghanaian experience to truly experience their way of life while still having the little luxuries travelers expect. The staff is very friendly and this accommodation is away from the hustle and bustle. Set in lush gardens and a short walk to quiet beaches, Barbara Village is welcoming and the food is amazing! We had our honeymoon here and it was lovely!.
