We had the best stay at the Arcade Hotel! After a long day of travel with our children, we were so weary by the time we arrived and instantly felt at home and comforted. Xrisanthi was so warm and kind at the front desk. The room was incredibly clean, and there was plenty of room for our family of four. We all slept 12 hours the first night and were so refreshed to begin our time in Greece! While we initially had some trouble finding the exact location, there is a nearby parking garage that worked well for our vehicle, and we found the hotel easily on foot. The location of the Arcade makes so many Athens sights walkable!! We didn't have to use our car for sight-seeing in the city at all. The breakfast was wonderful - so many options! All hot dishes seemed fresh off the stove, and the coffee was delicious. The staff refreshed our room daily and even provided little surprises for our children, like juice on their beds :) I can't say enough positive things about this hotel, which was an oasis amidst the chaos of busy and historic Athens!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is perfectly located within walking distance to all the popular sites to see in Athens. It’s a 20 minute walk to some of the major attractions like the Acropolis, National Garden, and the Panathenaic Stadium, which we were able to visit all in one day. The staff is also excellent and very accommodating. We met Elifina (apologies for the incorrect spelling of her name) or, as my mom called her, Ellie, when we checked in and she was wonderful in giving recommendations on places to visit, where to eat, and helping us book transportation to the Port of Piraeus. We very much enjoyed talking to her. The breakfast included in the stay was healthy, hearty, and tasty. Huge kudos for the availability of Nespresso both at the breakfast area and in the hotel rooms! I was so happy to see that offered. Our hotel room was very comfortable with a great shower and the beds set up how we requested. We had a wonderful stay at Arcade and will surely book this place again whenever we are able to return to Athens!

We had 4 nights at The Arcade Hotel in May 2026. It is ideally located within easy walking distance to all the major attractions. The hotel is very clean with a large breakfast area and the reception team are exceptionally helpful. Eleftheria was particularly helpful with advice and guidance during our stay. If we were returning to Athens we would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Hotel excelente, bem localizado, tudo novo.

The Arcade Hotel is run by wonderful people. Chrysanthi couldn’t have been more helpful, she recommended a great restaurant and assisted with tours. Breakfast is good. The location is excellent. There was a bit of construction noise during our stay, so you might request a room at the back until it’s finished.
