I think it's one of the best boutique hotels in the world. The building itself is almost a 200-year-old home whose central core has been outfitted with modern conveniences like an elevator. There is artwork everywhere. A rooftop deck has views of the harbor and many rooms. The owners' decision to remodel this hotel was an act of love. The buffet breakfast is fantastic with a full selection of egg dishes, meats, cereals, yogurts, and coffees. Beyond what's there, they'll make whatever you want. The rooms are totally comfortable. luxurious robes, slippers, and towels. The decor is very pleasing to the eye. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. They'll try to do anything you need.

At the start of November, I spent three nights here while in change. It's a lovely hotel, and the bedding is really comfortable, which is helpful after a long day of walking. It's a positive aspect because anyone visiting Greece this late in the season will appreciate the cheater, which is not available in many locations. The cheater was quiet, moreover! The staff were all fluent in English and other languages, and they were all very pleasant and responsive. The bed is on the second level, and there is a living room space on the bottom floor. Since my wife regularly wakes up earlier than I do, this worked well for us, as she had her own space to unwind. Breakfast buffet is a well-liked in Europe and has numerous options. Nevertheless, the staff may prepare omelets or any other type of eggs you desire. The staff is really warm. When my wife asked for a cup of tea, they immediately delivered it to our room, which she adored. The rooftop bar, with great nighttime views and a friendly bartender, gave us a pleasant surprise. He had a lot of recommendations for wines and cocktails, and he was pleasant to interact with. In 2016 on the advice of a coworker, my wife and I stayed at Casa define, and we had a great time there. The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful with things like restaurant and shopping recommendations. The hotel is lovely, and our room was very comfortable and peaceful. On December 27, 2022, we stayed again at the hotel. The hotel was exactly as we remembered it six years ago. Marguerite was there to greet us and we remembered her from six years ago. She gave us some coffee and we chatted a little about the hotel and her 98-year-old grandmother, who we met in 2016. The grandmother is still going strong. We hope to return to Casa define in the near future and will definitely recommend it to friends.

In every way, it is perfect. This is by far one of the finest hotels we've ever stayed in. There is no excuse for you if you choose not to stay here. The perfectly perfect staff and owner, Margarita, treated us wholeheartedly from the moment we entered the room. They hold themselves to the highest standards, and even the smallest flaw isn't tolerated. Their standards and expectations were much higher than ours. There is nothing too modest for them to overlook. We reserved a room, but they upgraded us to the honeymoon suite, which we were strolling towards while we were there. Instead of waiting a few minutes, they immediately upgraded us to the ottoman suite! This room has a small personal Haram steam room that requires additional end for use, but it's well worth it and entirely relaxing! The entire structure is elegant, exquisitely furnished, and opulent. There are numerous options for brunch, and the espresso menu is completely complimentary. The setting is ideal, close to the harbor, and surrounded by all the shops, cafes, and eateries you could want to use. They only direct you to the top eateries that the locals eat at.
