When you check out, PLEASE DO NOT leave the key inside the door lock. This will cost you €100.00 plus the locksmith fee to open the door and remove the key. A key inside the lock prevents us from entering the flat once you have checked out. During checkout please DO NOT leave the keycard inside the slot to conserve energy. Simply leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you.

a. A photo of your passport details as required by law. If you are Greek your AFM (ΑΦΜ) is required.

1. Guests are expected to respect the space and others as well as the common quiet hours. The common quiet hours are 14.00 - 17.00 and 22.00 - 08.00 every day.

3. For hygiene reasons, please remove your shoes when entering the flat.
14. If you lose your keys, it will cost you €100.00 plus the locksmith fee to send someone and open the door for you. You will also be charged the price to make a new set of keys.
You can self-check in and retrieve the key from a lockbox. We will provide you with the lockbox code after we receive a photo of your passport or AFM if you are Greek. After obtaining the keys, please close the lockbox and scramble the dials to conceal the unlock code and keep the lockbox locked.
