What a wonderful vacation we had! Despite the fact that everyone has to obey the new regulations now in place due to the pandemic, the animation team at this hotel is a hidden gem. Even though we don't typically do such things, you were able to get us to perform water aerobics and dance. Even the evening entertainment was incredible. Would unquestionably suggest this hotel! And you never know we'll be back soon.

Because it was my third visit to a Greta Star hotel, of course, my rating is 55 stars. I wanted to be there in June 2020, but due to an epidemiology issue, I had to reschedule it for September. My main concern was how the kitchen staff will function in a completely new situation limited guest numbers in the dining area and a lack of self-service. I remembered that the hotel had themeddinners, so I was now wondering if there would be enough food options like vegetarians. I never waited in line for more than three minutes! First, collect your plate, vote, and crystal if I remember correctly, done a fantastic job in handling hungry guests! Then, you have to choose what you want to eat, but you cant touch it yourself, but no worries the wonderful team of Maria, Maria, Elena, Sofia and the entire staff names I forgot to ask help gave you what you wanted quickly. Furthermore, I had an opportunity to practice my Greek, so I ordered almost all the Greek food and the wonderful team explained new words and recipes before I even asked. Additionally, a big thank you goes to the Mantis waiter in the nonsmoking pool area for his excellent service and delivering a spoon to eat a dessert. Every second day, the rooms are cleaned. Concerning sunbeds,

The gardens, reception, and entryway to this hotel are lovely, but we weren't interested in the first room, which was small and had a shared balcony. We did not take it, the rooms were very dull and drab, the walls had wood chipping, and the bathrooms were antiquated. We saw no once that the air conditioners were switched on, the hallways were dark and hot, and there were air conditioners everywhere. 90 non-british visitors the vast majority of whom seemed to smoke at times in some dining establishments, so it was difficult to get out of it because they weren't smokers. Out of the two weeks, we were able to swim in the sea safely and fairly because it was so rough, but it wasn't user-friendly there were tons of large rocks on the beach. Although the hotel has regulations like dress codes, they don't strictly enforce them, and the people in eating locations are in swimwear. The evening entertainment team made a lot of effort, almost like a crackerjack. If you hadn't claimed them by 8 a.m., you had no chance. The search for sunbed began around 7 am. We wouldn't stay here again because this hotel is so remote. Both the food and the personnel were great, but not four stars.
