I have never met a staff this kind and helpful. Everyone was wonderful and friendly. They gave us great advice and organized everything for us at the front desk. The breakfast chef even cooked us a plate of fresh hot breakfast even though we arrived after the closing time. Truly great people!.

I highly recommend this hotel. It's a nice hotel. It's a 13 minute walk up the hill to Fira. On the way down, it's very satisfying. The hotel is great. There's a beautiful pool. Plus, the breakfast was tasty.

We had a wonderful time in Santorini mainly thanks to the staff at Miles Villas. The front desk staff assisted us in booking a ticket and even told us the history of the island. The restaurant team thought I had gluten and dairy allergies and made up a takeaway breakfast when we checked out at sunrise on our final day. The pool was lovely, and the area was tranquil. One drawback was the 20-minute uphill walk into Fiera, but that was ok given that we only stayed for two nights.

We had a nice stay here but would not return the positives nice pool area with comfy lounges good drinks and cocktails okay breakfast friendly staff unique experience staying in a windmill bus stop short walk up the hill negatives windmill needs renovation especially the bathroom, could also use some more shelves hooks downstairs pillows really hard lots of flies around the pool area so couldn't relax or order food about 20 minutes uphill walk into fira with no path for most of it and unlit.

5 female friends of a certain age on a mid-term break from work. You may be a bit disillusioned from the outside but the magic is in the staff, the food, the hospitality, the location, the cleanliness of the pool area! Drinks. A 5 star gem hidden in slightly faded clothing gabrielle you and your team are amazing.
