I traveled here in august for a 10 day vacation that was meant to be a relaxing stay. What we actually received was one issue after another that was significantly different from what the description of the holiday stated. We got a sea view room and a pool view room. Indoor pools were not working and hadn't been for over a year. A broken sunbed injured my hand. One day it took almost 3 hours to get a glass of water due to staff stress. We were all inclusive, but pool snacks frequently lacked substance or were released incorrectly. An evening, the time it takes to get a drink meant that if you waited for table service, you could get 3 drinks per night, so you had to order in bulk. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly but not very helpful in some restaurant bars. Very tidy! The biggest issue was mosquitoes! We were nearly bitten to death! When I asked the staff how they dealt with all the mosquitoes they said keep covered! It just didn't cut it. Being as far away as it was, this hotel needs to be on the ball with everything working and accessible, and staff that can promptly respond to your request, particularly if it's only table service. I'd like to tell you what I was like when I went to the Gain Hotel from 1224 to 122622. The room was cozy, with all the amenities including hot water, silence, to and internet, etc. The location is excellent, right in the middle of the city and next to the sea. The lobby is very big. The dining hall is very roomy and can accommodate a variety of people. A gaming room, a dance studio, and a piano are all available to order while listening to music. Sauna and outdoor swimming pool with hot thermal water My wife was lost her wedding ring in the pool and we informed the reception, after returning, they called us that the wedding ring had been found and they sent it to us by courier. The food offer was unexpected, very delicious and varied every day, different breakfasts, lunches, and dinners all in a buffet. The staff is very kind and happy to immediately serve anything you ask for. All areas reception, restaurant, room cleaning excursions by boat in Evil in Lihadonisia, in the picturesque pavliani, a very special area in the forest with many running waters, in thermopylae, where the battle of Persians and Spartans took place, and in the monastery in Amphiphili.

The service here was very impressive, especially for the waitress, she said she was very helpful and willing to help. The dining area has beautiful decor and a delicious mix of both Greek and international dishes. The cleanliness of the hotel grounds and rooms was very good.

The hotel is located at a strategic distance from the beach and the walking path to the ocean. The hotel's location right next to the beach and the seaside was ideal. The rooms were extremely roomy and spotless. A bottle of bubbles and a plate stuffed with delectable treats welcomed us into our room. We slept soundly and comfortably in the comfy beds and cushions. After a lengthy roundtrip trip through Greece, the pool and thermal baths were ideal places to unwind. The pool and thermal pools were superb and an ideal place to unwind after a difficult trip. Staff at the front desk, the pool, and the cleaning crew were quite pleasant. Although less pleasant was the restaurant personnel. Because they only spoke Greek, many of my questions were left unanswered. It could have been planned more effectively to provide a buffet breakfast. Cups and water are kept on the side of the room, and you must ask the servers to have a cup or a glass of water, while all other beverages, food, china, and cutlery can be collected from the buffet. Sadly, most of the other guests were elderly and unfriendly.

We will definitely return. The best place to relax in front of the sea and wellness spa. plenty of cuisine options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Thanks to the kind and helpful staff. The hotel is very clean.
