The place is located in the heart of the city, there is a nice and attentive staff, the rooms are very spacious and clean, and there are many amenities too. Breakfast is also very good in a luxury environment.

The location of this hotel was very strategic, clean, and central. The room rate was okay for 5 star hotel. The hotel staff was very helpful.

We stayed with my twin boys for 3 nights. This is clearly not a 5 star hotel, especially when compared to other 5 star hotels we have stayed in the area previously. The rooms are outdated and in dire need of renovation. There is a distinct smell that was not gone even though we left the veranda doors open. Room general cleanliness suffers. The bed covers are changed very often, and the pillows reek of sweat. Our room was on the ground floor, making it appear as though all of the traffic of Athens was passing through. There was no soundproofing, and getting a good night's sleep was extremely difficult. We claimed to have reserved a family room that ought to be quieter than other rooms. On the other hand, we've never encountered a more noisy room. Also, the breakfast is very poor and the reward is returned the night before. Breakfast at a 5 star hotel should undoubtedly not be like this. The only good thing about this hotel is it's location, but to be honest, there are far better options in the area. What you leave is not what you get, and we will never stay at this hotel again.

We will stay here again. Usually during weekends, I had a good experience while staying here. Then we had the good idea where to stay here. First, there is an upgrade with a city view. Second, the room had a lot of space, more facilities, and a good breakfast. Third, despite the smoke smell, we will not come back to stay at this hotel again.

The staff were extremely attentive, and the rooms were large. The only drawback was the rules they have at breakfast that dictated what you can and cannot have. When you're on vacation, God is in the details.
