A lovely property with enough parking in front for us the entire time we were there. There are 2 roads up to the property and one is a bit steeper, so just know that there is another way in that is not as steep. It was a 12 minute walk down to the water and dinner locations that we wanted to go to which was nice. There is a bus stop 4-6 minutes walk that’ll take you into old town as well. A beautiful room with a nice heated pool outside with a nice view of the sea which made it pleasant to wake up to!

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Nuovo Luxury Suites war einfach fantastisch! Der Inhaber, Elias, hat uns mit seiner herzlichen Art sofort willkommen geheißen. Er war unglaublich zuvorkommend und hatte stets die besten Tipps parat, um unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich zu machen. Das Hotel selbst ist hervorragend gelegen, sodass wir jeden Morgen eine traumhafte Aussicht auf das Meer genießen konnten. Die Zimmer sind nicht nur extrem sauber, sondern auch sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Besonders schön war, dass wir in Elias nicht nur einen hervorragenden Gastgeber, sondern auch einen Freund gefunden haben – und er in uns ebenso. Alles in allem eine klare 10/10 – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

The convenience of being able to explore Chania's rich cultural heritage and lively atmosphere within walking distance was a significant highlight of my stay. **Accommodations:** The suites themselves are the epitome of luxury and comfort. My suite was spacious, elegantly designed, and featured modern amenities that catered to every need. The decor blended contemporary style with traditional Cretan elements, creating a serene and inviting ambiance. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the private balcony offered stunning views of the city and the sea. **Amenities:** Nuovo Luxury Suites goes above and beyond with its range of amenities. We stayed here in April which was just before the peak season. Elias warmly greeted us when we arrived and organised our taxi from the airport too. He was really friendly and communicated with us throughout our stay via WhatsApp. The room was spacious, clean and modern, and the view from our balcony was stunning. The room was cleaned every other day. We found the location perfect for us as there were a few beautiful beaches to choose from (closest was about 10 minute walk) and about a 40 minute walk to Chania. It is on a hill so be prepared for the walk up and down but it’s so worth it for the gorgeous view you get when you wake up! We would happily recommend Nuovo to family and friends.

This property was wonderful for several reasons. Firstly, the proprietor was super friendly, accommodating and helpful. He went well out of his way to take care of my husband's coffee emergency on our second morning! The room was obviously recently built and was very clean and comfortable. The area is quiet and peaceful, yet still not very far from the beach and walking areas. Some of the rooms even have their own personal pool!! We highly recommend this property - for a wonderful example of the amazingly friendly and hospitable Greek people!

When we broke this property they said there was a pool there just to find out that there’s no pool in the pool that was there is only like 5‘ x 10‘ will never ever stay there again and I don’t recommend anybody stay in there it’s so hard to fine
