Hotel with a very nice and clean atmosphere. The location is great directly next to a small river. The concept of a sauna next to the river is a very enjoyable experience. The biggest drawback is that the room cannot be heated with the air conditioning system. The way from reception to our room was frozen on a typical winter day when we visited the place. The general idea and decoration fit more for a city hotel than a small boutique hotel next to a snow covered mountain. The staff were friendly, helpful and with a grin on their faces. Breakfast was nice, but it again lacks the traditional feel of mainland greece natural products.

This hotel is modern and charming. The staff is super friendly. The breakfast spread they put on was beautiful. The dogs of the hotel are one of the highlights. They ran to our car to greet us when we arrived. They are so friendly and lovely! I would absolutely would stay there again.

When we arrived, the personnel was friendly. This room was spacious and has a great design, and it is clean. Our room has a small bathroom. I really enjoyed the lobby and the atmosphere. The breakfast here was excellent. Food from local and regional producers of different kinds. Pet-friendly.

This hotel has a perfect location in a beautiful setting where you can unwind and enjoy the local hospitality. The staff were so nice and helped us find out what philotimo is and how it is actually meaning. The swimming pool at this hotel allowed us to enjoy nature and enjoy great cocktails.

We visited with other families on Christmas Day. The hotel is located just outside Karapenisi. We arrived earlier than the scheduled check-in time, but we were promptly shown to our room, which included a sizable bathroom. It was exceptionally clean and had all the essentials as well as a fireplace. It was cleaned daily. The hotel's foyer and breakfast area were modern but warm, inviting, and of course, roomy enough for everyone to fit in comfortably. Additionally, there was a sizable parking area outside, and a small river runs around the hotel, making the setting really tranquil. The pool was huge and beautiful, but we weren't allowed to use it very much, and it was really lovely and spacious. There was a wonderful breakfast with a wide variety. Except for snacks, pizzas, and other food, we didn't use the restaurant much, but everything was delicious, and we were served promptly. The personnel made the greatest impression on us. Even during breakfast's peak hours, everybody was friendly, attentive, always a grin on their face, and never once did we request not even a glass of water, not even during breakfast time. On Christmas Day around midday, we requested help from the front desk to help us find a restaurant for lunch for 32 people that day. In 20 minutes, they located a great neighborhood tavern. This hotel has everything! The front desk receptionist lady is a big help. The most important aspect when writing a hotel. There is a place to hire to create your hotel if you have the money.
