1. Cleaning
The basic cleaning has to be done by the Client. This includes the cleaning of the
kitchen equipment and objects of utility as well as to empty the garbage cans. The
final cleaning will be done by Live in Athens. Cost of the final cleaning are given on
the rental offer.
2. Noise Prevention House Rules
Each tenant is responsible for ensuring that avoidable noise in the apartment, in the house, the yard and the property does not occur. Volume of radios, TV, CD player and so on have to be put down to reasonable levels which do not disturb other neighbors. Special consideration is the time from 15.00 to 17.30 clock and in particular between 22.00 and 07.30 in the night rest time. A “noise and damage deposit” applies in all bookings. The amount depends on the number of days and persons visiting (eg. 150euros for 2 visitors 4 nights).
Celebrations and parties are not allowed. Under special circumstances by prior arrangement (tenancy agreement before closing) small events can be permitted by the landlord.

Check in under appointment only. Please contact us at least 24 hours before arrival to arrange it. For last minute bookings please call us after you complete the booking. We will be happy to arrange it.
Check out is at 11am.
We love pets but not accept all of them (charges apply).
Parties are not allowed. Some exceptions are made. Please contact us in written (we may have a great idea too).
Quiet hours are from 3pm to 5.30pm and from 10pm to 7.30am every day of the year (state law).
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartments, even close to an open window. You may smoke only by going outside of the apartment, on your private or shared terrace.
Live in Athens collects environmental tax directly from guests, upon arrival.
