Everything was super good! All of the staff was extremely helpful and friendly! Upon arrival they were very welcoming and immediately told us a room with a far better view has been freed and they upgraded us on the house. Room was really clean, bed was amazing (the mattress was literally better than the one we own), TV had all services you could ever imagine and with a tiny extra cost there's good breakfast available. Location is amazing, many beaches, local shops and bakeries (especially Marigonis) are a 3' minute walk away, and there's so many busses and trans passing right outside the hotel you can basically go anywhere.

Great place to stay in a small boutique hotel. Family owned and operated within walking distance to a nice beach and convenient public transportation to Glyfada or spot in a nice walk for great shopping and nightlife. I recommend.

The hotel was in a perfect location with walking to several local beaches, tram and bus stops, as well as some nice food places. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was an easy tram or bus ride to Athens as well as other places to go to the beach, go shopping, or have dinner. The room was small with no dresser or shelving space for clothes. There was an open closet space that had a few hangers so we managed. However, since all we did was sleep and shower there, it was fine for the week. We were at the beach or out exploring, so we spent most of our day in our swimsuits! If I could give a little advise to the hotel, it would be to get some nightstands with drawers, add some more hangers, and maybe put a few hooks around the room to help with storage. Advise to guests, bring a portable clothesline to dry bathing suits and towels on the balcony and bring watershoes, as the shoreline is a bit rocky but the water is fabulous!

I reserved a room for 1 week, and we wholeheartedly endorse it. First of all, the owner and all the front desk employees are extremely kind people. From reservation till departure, they were eager to assist us. Excellent documentation about what we required. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is close to the bus stop.

We will stay here again. The hotel is across from a beautiful beach. Thalasso beach is directly across the street. A wonderful location to spend the day at the beach. Bus and tram stops to the center of Athens are right next to the hotel. The location is ideal for trips to the beach and city. The hotel is on a very busy road. But at night there is very little traffic. Wifi is available but slow, only suitable for mail and WhatsApp. Breakfast is above expectation for the price you pay per night. The furniture is a little old but everything works well. The rooms have air and toilet. Quite good value for the money.

We have visited Athens many times, but this was the first time we had a swim in the water. There is a tram directly outside the hotel that leads to the city center or the port, the metro lines, and the clean blue flag beach directly across the street, which is a wonderful combination. We had a front room with a large balcony, which was enough to withstand the traffic noise because the size and the option to enjoy such a space compensate. You don't have to bring beach towels because the hotel gives you clean beach towels. The breakfast is also excellent, with a wide selection of options, although athens hotels with this rating rarely offer such a decent breakfast. A special thank you to Steven Parthenon for all his assistance and assistance during our stay, and I never heard him say no.

Pretty nice place to stay. Near the center of the village, close to the beach and only a minute from the bus stop for Athens center, airport and harbour. The staff was really polite, the rooms are clean and bright with sea view.

My room was in the basement level (semi-basement) where service facilities were also located, so it was a bit noisy. Other than that it was a good value for the price. Bus stop with a direct connection to the airport is right next to the hotel - very convenient. Nice beach, promenade, cafes - right across the street.

Constantine is a great manager this is a family owned business. They strive to do the best they could. The rooms are not bad. Little tight/small. The breakfast was average but not bad. A bit far from downtown Athens. So what you pay to get back-and-forth would make a difference of staying in a better hotel or location. Cross the street. Beach was a little above average. Not bad. €20 per person to get in all in all you get what you pay for but the old lady at the front desk in the evening and night time. Very rude and keep speaking Greek and insulting you to your face, but not knowing what she’s saying
