Loved it, spotless, modern hotel, lovely food, fresh with a great choice and wonderful, happy staff. Only one thing to better would be Cava or Prosecco on all inclusive. Location is beautiful, not too far from town and friendly little place to hire bikes very close by at great prices. We will definitely return!

1 uges ophold for bedsteforældre og familie med 1 barn gik alt for hurtigt. All incl. var af høj standard både hvad angik spise og drikkevarer. Rengøring var også på toppen, både værelser, restaurant og pool var altid rent og pænt. Virkelig god service fra et altid smilende personale.

Vi fik et værelse med ikke så god en udsigt, straks hjalp personalet og vi fik et nyt dagen efter. Dejlig ren pool, lækker mad og vi gik mætte og tilfredse fra bordet. Nye drinks hver dag. Der var virkelig rent og pænt. Tæt på bus indtil byen. God for børnefamilier. Velholdte haver.

Hotel bardzo zadbany, pokoje wygodne. Jedzenie dobre, duży wybór. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Spora infrastruktura rekreacyjna - baseny, kort, siłownia, płace zabaw. Duży parking, dobry dojazd do centrum Chanii - autem lub autobusem. Idealny hotel dla rodzin z dziećmi, grup znajomych, jako bazę wypadową do zwiedzania całej Krety.

I should start by thanking Hotels.com for getting me good deal on fabulous resort, which was even better as they gave me £100 back as the price fell after I’d booked. Thought you deserved good review also!! This is an excellent resort with amazing staff. Here's why... This was a recuperation trip for my wife who had a broken foot and I sent them a 'cheeky' long list of requirements thinking I wouldn't even get a response. Sophia, the booking manager, went above and beyond and organised everything for us including transfers and we were treated like royalty from that point onward. Food – I’m fussy eater but there was always something that tasted amazing, I especially loved the slow cooked beef, kept returning to it despite other adventurous dishes available. The cakes were amazing. Its all-inclusive - but really good quality, deserves its high 4 stars. Staff – I’ve been 4/5 star holidays, hotels, cruises all over the world and they are up there in top 5 in my opinion if the staff are friendly and helpful any problem can be solved. Facilities – it’s a small family run resort with good staff and the facilities reflect that – good pools with slides and loads of sunbeds, parasols and even gazebos A big plus is the wifi – excellent I had the most relaxing time and you treated my wife so well you helped her relax also. So thank you all and keep up the friendly service through the long summer. We will be BACK!!!

Meine Frau und ich waren 14 Tage dort. Die Urlauber in dem Hotel kommen zu 95% als Familie mit Kindern, da das Hotel über eine schöne, große Kinderpoollandschaft verfügt und täglich (außer Freitags) Kinderanimation angeboten wird. Es sind überwiegend Polnische, Englische oder Skandinavische Familien. Zur Verständigung sollten also Englisch-Grundkenntnisse vorhanden sein. Das All-In Paket war völlig ausreichend. Wein, Alkoholfreie Getränke und 3 verschiedene (täglich wechselnde) Cocktails gab es an der Poolbar zur Selbstbedienung. Es wurde 2x täglich Eis angeboten (zwischen den Essenszeiten). Der Speisesaal war immer ausreichend gefüllt. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich, vielfältig und sehr gut. Die gesamte Anlage war in einem guten Zustand. Das Personal (vom Room-Service über Bedienung, Haustechnik, Rezeption bis hin zum Animationsteam war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir fühlten uns stets als willkommener Gast. Ab 20 Uhr wurde täglich eine wechselnde Abendunterhaltung angeboten (Live-Musik, Varieté, Folklore, Comedy usw.) Unser Zimmer war sauber und klimatisiert mit einem traumhaften Blick über Deine Poollandschaft zum Meer. Der Strand ist ca. 350 Meter vom Hotel entfernt, sauber und grobsandig mit wenig Steinen. Wer sich also nicht an Kindern stört und den damit verbundenen Wassertieren im Pool, kann hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbringen.
