The staff was amazing. So helpful! Ana at the front desk and the manager, also Ana, were so nice. They were so helpful in giving us ideas for non-touristy adventures. The food never disappointed. They would sometimes include a theme night, i.e. Mexican, Italian. The food was fresh and the dining area was clean. Our room didn’t have the greatest view, but it was very quiet. We could never hear the people adjacent to or above us. I would definitely stay here again.

Mio marito ed io abbiamo prenotato le 2 settimane centrali di Agosto in questa struttura all inclusive. La vacanza non era partita al meglio perché appena arrivati ci è stato detto che purtroppo la nostra stanza presentava problemi di tubature e ci è stato proposto di alloggiare per 3 notti (il tempo per risolvere il guasto) presso un'altra struttura, il Solimar Acquamarine Resort, distante circa 5km dal Solimar Torquise e di categoria superiore, sempre all inclusive. Per farsi perdonare ci hanno riservato la suite con piscina privata e all'arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare in stanza un vassoio di dolcetti e vino. Trascorsi i 3 giorni siamo tornati al Solimar Torquise e per errore ci è stata data una camera standard mentre noi avevamo prenotato una junior suite. Appena abbiamo fatto notare l'errore allo staff, si sono subito prodigati per rimediare ed alla fine ci hanno fatto alloggiare in una delle suite fronte mare che era stupenda (scendendo le scale si era subito in spiaggia con ombrelloni e lettini che ci hanno anche offerto gratis). Abbiamo apprezzato molto la sollecitudine e gentilezza dello staff nell'intervenire prontamente per rendere perfetta la nostra vacanza. Per questo ringraziamo di cuore e salutiamo con affetto Anna ed Anastasia che hanno reso possibile tutto questo. Portiamo nel cuore questa vacanza e speriamo di tornare presto! Raccomandiamo a tutti il Solimar Torquise in quanto è una bella struttura, si mangia bene ed è situata fronte mare e con movida serale!

Great hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff that made sure our stay there was going well. Room was clean and air conditioning was working well in the room. All inclusive was perfect, plenty of different local foods and drinks were included to the package. Pool area was clean and not too full at the time we were staying there. Location was great too!

Komprimerat turiststråk med hotel/restauranger/barer/affärer på ena sidan genomfartsväg och likadant på motsatta norra sidan med en långsträckt strand med massa med solstolar och uthyrning för vattenlek. Helt OK med tonårsbarn några dar. Mycket hjälpsam och trevlig personal som är vår genomgående känsla av alla greker på Kreta som bor och jobbar här.

The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful from the second I got there. I was traveling alone and so their friendliness made my trip so much better me. I felt like I was among family! The place was the cleanest - there was never a speck of dirt or sand anywhere.....ever. Also, the pizza was pretty darn good!!

Our family of 4 enjoyed a 4 night stay at this hotel and were impressed by the friendly family who ran the hotel. They ensured your stay was enjoyable and answered several questions when required. I liked the fact their mattresses were comfortable and the rooms were clean and bright. The hotel is very central and close to the beach and lots of fantastic restaurants. Although the hotel was full it never seemed too busy.

Saknar att det fanns möjlighet till att brygga eget kaffe även om man bokat hotellrum. Flrslag: tusta samtliga rum med vattenkokare/kaffebryggare o kaffekoppar. Vi begärde det och dim ordnade det! Suverän service :)

Vi spenderade två veckor på Canea Mare och hade det toppen Hotellets personal är så trevliga o hjälpsamma och har alltid ett leende o vänligt ord över till dig. Det ligger längs en huvudgata men fastän vi är "lantisar" så stördes inte vi av trafikljudet, det var mer nått som tillhörde semestern. Pool området var välskött o till lika så poolen den hölls ren och fräsch. Rummen städades 6 dagar i veckan. Nära till hav o strand men man måste dock korsa huvudgatan och det finns inget övergångsställe o bilarna kommer fort så håll ett extra öga på barnen om ni reser med barn. det enda som jag kan dra ner på betyget när det gäller själva hotellet är att vår säng var stenhård men allt positivt som vi upplevd gjorde att det blev en bagatell. Mycket bra restauranger på bara nån minuts gångavstånd.

Canea Mare er et rigtigt dejligt familiehotel med gode faciliteter (spillehal, bordtennis, poolområde, bar, restaurant) for hele famiilien. Vi boede i en to-værelses lejlighed, hvor vi selv stod for morgenmaden. Værelserne var store og rumlige samt et dejligt stort, lidt slidt badeværelse. Skønt med aircondition i soveværelset, men kunne godt have brugt det i stuen også, hvor vores to store drenge sov. Hotellet ligger meget centralt med gå afstand til Platanias. Der er busstop lige udenfor hotellet, så det er meget nemt ligeledes at komme til Chania. Hotellets medarbejdere er utroligt søde og imødekommende. Rengøringen i top, dejligt med rene håndklæder og sengetøj. Det eneste man kunne mangle var måske lidt mere bestik i køkkenskuffen... Men ellers et super ophold og kunne godt finde på at vende tilbage. Kan kun anbefale dette hotel...

Allt var suveränt, maten underbar och varierande på hotellet. Enda nackdelen var de "öppna" badrummen på rummen. Passar kanske par?, men inte när man åker ett gäng väninnor:-). Dock var det inte långt till pooltoaletten :-)

Siisti hotelli lähellä rantaa. Allasalue pieni mutta oli meille riittävä. Hyviä ruokapaikkoja kävelymatkan päässä mm.Mithos -suosittelen! Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä,siivous päivittäin. Hotellihuoneen sisustus vanhahkoa, suihku oli rikki mutta sen kanssa pärjäsi. Itse pitää tyhjentää parvekkeelta vedet jotka ilmastointi tiputtaa. Sijainti hyvä.
