Overall, the hotel is excellent, but there are certain improvements that may be made. There are two bars in the village, the pool bar and the Mediterranean bar, where the pool bar is truly the main bar, but despite how great the staff is, it may get quite busy and you may have to wait a long time for drinks. Drinks were probably the best I've had at an all-inclusive across Europe patrol, which included spritz! The food was the biggest letdown. There are two restaurants, but the buffet layout is terrible and doesn't handle the volume of people. I am afraid to imagine what it will be like during the busy season, as the lines might be awful in April. There was also not much variety at the buffet, with no show cooking or roasted meats. Plenty of pizza, pasta, and chips. We ended up eating more out than we had for our evening dinner. Although small, the beach is beautiful, and it's a quick hike back up to the med bar to get a drink is not too awful. The water is crystal clear, and you should bring snorkeling equipment because there are many places to see. Overall, the staff gave an excellent thank you to Emily, tannis, stella, and all of the med restaurant staff. The water park is great, and the lunch pits are great, which is, in my opinion, the hotel

The location's primary test was. Would we return? We would definitely return, and we loved it. We remained throughout Easter 2022 as a family of four. Everything was good from the minute we got there, including a buggy ride with bags to our room despite the fact that it was quite close. We had a family apartment with one bedroom, which had plenty of room, though it is more like two rooms than a living space and a separate bedroom. There was plenty of storage space and a refrigerator. Excellent shower and replenished four small water bottles every day. We leased the room safe for the week, which we believed cost 15 euros, and just paid when we checked out along with the tourist tax. The room was cleaned every day. We were impressed with the complimentary onsite watermark, which will double in size and add more around midday. There are plenty of lounges and gazebos available. The food included at the watermark was a little different. Yes, there were burgers, chicken nuggets, and chips, but the more conventional flatbread were really delicious. Along with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, wine, and beer, there is also an ice cream and cake. Although it was a fairly inexpensive selection of foods, some meats and fish were made with a microwave. However, the bar employees were all extremely productive, so we never had to

Very wonderful holiday. I'm already looking at the costs for the following year. Our 3 year old daughter and I visited the hotel. We had a great time throughout our trip. From start to finish, the hotel was fantastic. Safe, spotless, and in a fantastic spot for the beach across the street. Exposed pools. One with an adventure water pirate ship and one extremely shallow for young kids. Exterior pools. All of these pools are situated near the pool bars. The top of the complex has a fantastic water park. There are numerous reviews that the food is cold and there aren't many options. The food we thought was excellent. Lovely choices, with different nights, and lunch was also excellent. If you don't want to eat in the restaurant, you can take your food to the pool in the afternoon, as well as an ice cream bar. The room was cool and spotless. On our first day, they had food waiting for us in our room when we arrived at 11.30 p.m., which I thought was a great touch. There is WiFi available throughout the hotel, even on the beach opposite. As in all of the comment below. Very accommodating, friendly, and cheerful, the personnel was outstanding.
