I cannot say enough about the staff at Terra Verde. The rooms were wonderful but the hospitality is really what makes this place the best place we have ever stayed. I communicated with staff ahead of time to let them know when we will arrive. We arrived at 9 am and had booked 1 of 2 rooms in our reservation for the night before so we could get at place early to freshen up. They had BOTH rooms ready. In addition to this they helped us arrange transfers all over the island, the were always friendly and communicative. Lastly, the day we left

Terra Verde was one of the best properties we have stayed in. The rooms very clean, had all the amenities needed, GREAT location (steps away from bus station, mini market and also the caldera edge) but above all we cannot say enough about the staff. They went above and beyond in helping us with information. They had rooms available ahead of time because we told them we would arrive earlier, they didn’t need to do this but did. We knew the receptionist and cleaning lady by name, it felt like living in a small family villa with so much love. The cost is very reasonable and because of this we took several rooms to enjoy privacy and space. It was a fabulous time and I cannot say enough about the hospitality, truly grateful.

Irini is the perfect hostess. She saw to our every need, and arranged a wonderful sunset catamaran cruise for us. She gave us excellent pointers as to what to see and where to go and how to get there. I cant say enough good things about her. The hotel is beautiful and clean, with wverything we needed. Centrally located to all the wonderful sights in Oia, and also very close to the bus/taxi station, and several delicious restaurants. If I come back to Santorini in the future, this hotel will be my first choice. Top notch!

There was a nice view of the town and ocean from the patio. The property was very pretty and well maintained. The weather was a little cool to use the pool, but the lounge chairs and view were nice.

Beautiful, quiet and cozy hotel conveniently located near restaurants, shops and the bus stop (to and from the port) and within steps of the plaza that overlooks a spectacular view!  My ferry was canceled the day I was to depart from Piraeus to Santorini due to weather and thankfully, the hotel was able to accommodate my situation, as I was able to take the ferry the following day.  I received great customer service. Thank you, Irini!  She provided me with information and recommendations of places to eat, tours and helped me with the bus schedules. As a solo traveler, I had many questions about the area and communicated with her frequently before my arrival, which I greatly appreciated.  I really enjoyed my stay at Terra Verde Oia and would definitely do it again in the future.

Nice and clean. The location (close to supermarket, bus station, and all blue domes) is perfect! Staff is super nice. In February, they provided the heating pads on the beds. Wonderful!!

Hotel is nice! Perfect spot in my opinion. Close to the popular oia blue dome, Church of Panagia and the sunset view point! If i’m coming back anytime soon, i’ll def stay here again:)

The staff were very kind and gave thoughtful advice on sightseeing. The room was also very clean, the shower was warm, and the water pressure was sufficient. It was conveniently located near the Blue Dome in Oia, making it a great hotel for sightseeing.
