We had a fantastic stay at Theo's Village. The owners were so friendly and helpful and made it a home from home. So clean, modern and comfortable. Definitely recommend it. Bus stop just down the road for regular trips into Chania with so many excellent shops and restaurants.

We had an amazing time here. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. The pool was never too busy and also very clean. The location was really good being near beaches and not right in the busy centre, which you can get a cheap bus too from right outside the apartment hotel. 10/10 would definitely come again.

Nydelig hotell, akkurat passe stort. Rommet var lyst og moderne med stor terrasse. Fantastisk hyggelig og imøtekommende familie som driver det. Alltid plass rundt bassenget og du kan bli servert det du måtte ønske av god mat og drikke ved bassengkanten. Greek style pizza var kjempegod! Kort vei til butikker og strand. Anbefaler restaurant Sterna, et par minutter fra hotellet. Busstur til botanisk hage kan også anbefales.

family owned property. Room I stayed in was newly renovated and much cleaner and nicer than any other property I stayed in Chania. Property seemed to cater more for families but as a solo traveler I was impressed by the amount of travel advice I got from staying at this property! TLDR: Clean, newly renovated rooms with air conditioning, friendly staff and easily accessible parking

My friend & I had an amazing stay in the Superior Apartment. The layout enabled us to have separate sleeping quarters, which was important. It was at the end of the terrace furthest from the pool so was very quiet, just as we wanted, with no one walking past. Air con was great but the rooms stayed quite cool anyway after the evening sun - we had the patio doors open to enjoy the outdoor seating areas as there are fly screens to pull across to ensure nothing gets in. All members of staff were so lovely - kind, cheerful & welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were cleared of rubbish & beds made every day. The location was perfect for us - a 10 min walk to Golden Beach, 45 min walk into town. The No.21 bus stops just up the road so public transport is also a breeze. My only ask would be to supply a couple of mugs for us English tea drinkers to enjoy our morning cuppa. Luckily we were able to buy a couple in the JUMBO store up the road, which in itself was an astonishing experience! Would definitely recommend & would definitely stay again - Western Crete is stunning & this is the perfect base to explore it!

Nous avons passé un super séjour entre copines. Le personnel de l'hôtel est adorable et a été génial avec nous durant ces vacances. L'hôtel est beau, propre et bien situé, avec une plage à 10 minutes à pied et la ville de la Cannée à 10 minutes en voiture. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet hôtel ! Mention spéciale pour les cocktails du bar, qui sont délicieux.

We had a really nice stay at Theos Village Hotel Apartments. The staff were honestly one of the best parts of the experience. It felt like being welcomed by a lovely family, everyone was friendly, happy to help whenever needed, and always nice to talk to. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the AC worked very well which was great during the warm days. We genuinely did not have anything major to complain about. The only small thing was that after showering, the bathroom floor and walls could get pretty wet because of the humidity and shower setup, but it was never a real issue for us. Overall we had a great and relaxing stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Chania.

Perfekt for familier og andre med behov for god plass og god beliggenhet. For familie er det både barnebasseng og en liten lekeplass. Det er også fint at hotellet ligger i en sidegate. Service er superb, vertskapet svært behjelpelig og imøtekommende. Anbefaler rom med stor balkong.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit großzügigem Apartment. Unser Gastgeber sowie die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und geben alles, damit man einen schönen Aufenthalt hat. Die An der Poolanlage kann man schön entspannen und abends in der Bar sehr leckere Cocktails trinken. Die Anlage ist recht zentral gelegen, bis zum Strand sind es etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

We’ve just returned after a great 5 night stay. The hotel is just off the main road, near to a bakery, supermarket and around 10/15 minutes walk to the beach. The bus stop for Chania is a 2 minute walk away and the busses come regularly. The pool area is sunny with plenty of sun loungers. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We’d love to stay again.

This family ran establishment will make you feel right at home. This was a great location to drive to many of Cretes amazing attractions. We visited Balos, Preveli and the Samaria gorge. The family who own the property were so welcoming, chatty and very helpful. They booked a trip to the Samaria gorge for us, gave advice on beaches, walks and buses to Chania. The property and pool area was very clean and hosed down daily. The rooms were spotless. We would recommend staying here.

We can only recommend Theos Village very highly. My partner and I stayed for a few nights. We felt like the family were treating us like family. There wasn’t anything we missed. The food and drinks were delicious, the pool was great in the afternoon after the beach, the apartment was spacious and comfortable. We will miss Jotta’s stories, Alex’s drinks and Michael’s excellent coffee. We will definitely be back. :-)
