We had booked an all-inclusive two-night vacation at the Primal for septic last year and from the moment we arrived and got a warm greeting we were assigned a room despite the fact we had reserved a mountain view which we were given a sea view room with the most spectacular view, our first night was spent discovering our way around the hotel but not before we sampled the restaurant cuisine which we found to be very plentiful and varied. The following day saw us drive down to the hotel beach where we found everything we needed from the ample sunbed to the bar and beach snack area and where we met the lovely lady who prepared the snacks. I am sorry but I can not remember her name but she always smiled. After a long day at the beach which is as mentioned a pebble beach but having read reports we had brought beach shoes The area is wonderful for those who like to snorkel we went back to our lovely room to prepare dinner we used the main bar for pre dinner drinks and we met johanna the barman while we were enjoying our drinks We met Dagger who is a mine of information and very helpful staff later that evening we met the duty manager george who came and introduced himself which we thought was a nice gesture then it was into the restaurant where we ms.

Overall, it was a wonderful holiday, the food was delicious, and the pool was really nice. It was just out of season when we went, so we had a lie in every morning and didn't have to reserve a sunbed, which I was pleased about. The hotel was quite quiet, which we liked, the rooms were spotless, and simple, but nothing to complain about. My only real problems were 1 the hotel is on a main road, we knew that before going, but there is literally nowhere to walk to no footpaths either, if you wanted to go anywhere it had to be on the bus. There were lots of wasps, again, I generally found that if you ignored them and sprayed yourself with insect repellent, you were fine most of the time, but there were some odd ones that didn't leave you alone. 3 Nighttime entertainment was terrible, to be fair, there were no bars around, so you were essentially stuck to the hotel on a night! One of the major highlights of the vacation, though, I have to say, is Nick's Tavern, which is a short walk away on the opposite side of the road, it was fantastic! My time here was wonderful. We were a strong group of twelve, celebrating our friend's birthdays. We utilized every facility that the hotel had to offer, and it was a huge plus. We also used the obt floor terrace during our games night, as well as the est floor lounge. It's a great thing to have morning exercise in the pool on the first floor. This place comes highly recommended. The service was excellent, and I was quite impressed with that. And it was such joy to wake up and see the ocean and islands from afar.

The room was clean and the food was good, it was suitable for family and friends visits. The staff was friendly and kind. They also give good customer service. And thank you to the manager, George, for making our stay so special.

We had a 3-year-old child when we stayed at this hotel. I would not, in my opinion, return. There were, however, a few positive aspects to this place. The personnel, particularly the restaurant and cleaning staff, are superb, incredibly attentive, and very dedicated. They are a delight to the hotel. The meal was tasty, with a wide selection of beautifully prepared meals. There is also a separate buffet for kids, such as spaghetti bolognese, chicken nuggets, chips, etc. Apart from that, I have to say our experience was negative because we were unable to enjoy the daytime entertainment because it is all on the second floor will come on, but we were very dissatisfied with the evening entertainment. The mini disco consists of the exact same songs repeated for half an hour each night, some children were not made to feel involved, and it only lasts half an hour, not until I start until 88. To swim in the sea, you must purchase swim shoes because the rocks make the sunbeds really old and crumbling. They are also encroaching on the beach. The hotel seems to respond to comments about this because it is so awful. Nonetheless, the hotel made no attempt to address this. Because it is so awful, I have put off returning to core ever again.
