Lägenheten, poolen var jättebra!!! Lite dåligt utbud i poolbaren tyvärr, men supertrevlig personal. Bil är nödvändigt annars måste man åka taxi!! Dåliga bussförbindelser. Ingen restaurang på gångavstånd.

I liked the fact the property is on the beach. The pool is beautiful and clean. I did not like the fact there is no restaurant on the property. Only a snack bar in the pool area.

Good location for exploring the area. Lovely pool, beautiful gardens excellent friendly staff who were always accommodating. Typical Greek Taverna with lovely food right next door. The perfect place to relax which is what we were looking for. We would go back.

Charmant petit village de vacances au bord de la mer, petite crique de sable. Comme on est au bout de la route, l'endroit est très calme et tranquille. Le personnel est très accueillant et aux petits soins. Les appartements sont propres, ménage fait et linge changé tous les jours. Pas de vis à vis entre appartements, charmant jardin fleuri et piscine magnifique. Bref un beau petit coin de paradis pour se reposer.

Rigtig fint hotel af ældre dato, men flot vedligeholdt. Beliggenhed er super med direkte adgang til lille privat strand. Omgivelserne er stille og rolige og ikke overfyldt. Gode lokale restauranter i nærheden. Fordel at have bil.

We stayed at the Zorbas Beach Village Hotel the last week in April and it was really great. As it was the very beginning of the 'holiday season', the hotel was quiet and very pleasant. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a two bedroom apartment which was great; a kingsize bed in the open plan front room and two single beds in the back room. We had a terrace at the front and back, both with a table and chairs, so we could always catch the sun! The apartment had a small kitchenette which was more than adequate with a microwave and two-ring hot plate for cooking (pans, basic utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery provided). Towels were provided and were changed at least once during our stay. We ate breakfast at the hotel a few mornings - this was really good value at 8 euros as there is lots of choice and it's seemingly unlimited. We were able to order the breakfast items we wanted, but maybe there is a breakfast buffet when the tourist season picks up, as there was a table with a buffet set up that we didn't see used during our stay. The food at the hotel (we only tried evening meals, not lunch) was ok, and there is also a taverna next door (Thanasis) that was worth a visit. The best place we ate by a mile was the Sunset Taverna right on Stavros Beach - it's a short walk (maybe 20 mins) from the hotel and serves really delicious food. Everything was clean and well looked after.

this was the most relaxing holiday with stunning views. the kids facilities where right out side our rooms so we could just sit back on the veranda and enjoy the crystal clear sky with a bottle of local wine. the swimming pool over looks the sea which is breath taking. 100% going back

Hadde noen supre dager på hotellet. Nydelig utførelse på området, og veldig bra renhold og orden på hele anlegget. Kort vei til stranden, bare 50 meter nedenfor bassenget. Det er saltvann i bassenget, som var litt rart til å begynne med, men etter kort tid ble både voksne og barn vant til det. Veldig hyggelig å serviceinnstilt betjening. Kommer helt sikkert til å reise tilbake dit ved en sener annledning. Ca 15 min å gå til super strand i Stavros. 35 min med buss til Chania.

A gem on the island of Crete beautifull location 20 mins away from chania airport great pool full of sea water clear as glass and no colder than a normal unheated pool lovely kids play area the restaurant is good but the menu is limited a car is a must at the hotel as the bus is not that regular if you like walking this is ideal location as a starting point to the great gourges around the area there are great restaurants in the area and we thought them cheap average for 4people and a child starters drinks and main meal 60 bucks and plenty big one bit of advice if your driving watch for the bends the cretaen drivers seem to be in the habit of coming on to your side of the road so keep plenty to your own side as much as you can when on the bends all the people we met on our holiday were lively both at the hotel and every where we went we found it enough to have a good week here on Crete as we don't do walking but the island and the hotel were absolutely gorgeous and the beach at stavros is unreal that's where we stayed for most of our holiday and within walking distance from the hotel there are very good restaurants on the beach as well just ask for directions 20 minutes at a casual walking pace 5mins in the car have a good one and don't let the flight times put you off its worth the visit

très bon hôtel correspondant a mon attente je savais se que j'étais venus cherché à STAVROS le calme et la tranquillité ,merci au personnel et a hôtels.com d' avoir tenus leurs engagements malgré la fin de saison l’hôtel est resté ouvert rien que pour nous ils ont fermé le lendemain de notre départ .Le seul petit bémol j’espère dus a la fin de saison était les abords de la plage vraiment très très sale

The self contained accommodation at Zorbas Beach Village hotel was very nice and it included everything you might need even for a longer stay (e.g. small electric oven & stove, microwave, all utensils you might need...). We also enjoyed the two private balconies and large kitchen/lounge with tv. We particularly liked the fact that reception left few mosquitoes repellent plugs as this was a nice touch. The complex is in a quiet narrow lane a bit isolated from the main town, but easily reachable either by car or by their free shuttle bus. Only "negative" note is that the we discovered the very nice pool was only open in the afternoon (after 2.30pm) which was a bit of a bummer as we planned to use it in the morning, as well as the fact that the small private beach didn't have any umbrella and few chairs. Apart from that, we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice, relaxing, clean and friendly. Homes are well equipped and comfortable. Food is very good as well. Nice bar, pool area and beach. Couple more beaches nearby. Two Supermarkets down town about one mile away. You can ask for free transportation. Transfer to airport 30 euros. Nice play area for kids. Only one other restaurant nearby. Bus stop to Chania and Stavros centre about 500 metres on main road. We had lovely Holidays half term October. Very recommended. We will visit again!
