The prices and service are not worth it. The sauna never got warm. Only the locals who worked there are very friendly and the cuisine is good. If I have to visit any neighborhood, I will definitely go there. The view and the weather are so nice. Even the rooms are perfect for sleeping like a baby. We had a good experience just the first day. The second day, the cleanse was terrible, they used a dirty mop and the room sunk, they didn't change the blankets, there was no water, the people who work here see you and never answer, we had to go to reception, they fixed and didn't tell us when it was fixed, but the water was very dirty.

I had a great experience while staying here. The surroundings are peaceful, especially considering the large gardens area. The restaurant is cozy and the cuisine is excellent. The employees are incredibly pleasant and give you a warm welcome.

This hotel is unique. It's surrounded by so much nature that as soon as you enter, you feel at home. The rooms are superb and well-decorated. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The restaurant has a variety of well-prepared dishes. My thanks to the estuary hotel manager who made our stay very pleasant, and edwin housekeeping who looked after us very well.Definitely a place to visit in Guatemala's north.

The food at the restaurant is amazing, must try the pizza and french toast! They grow their own herbs and many of their vegetables in the garden, so everything is fresh. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
