Please note that A 50% DEPOSIT IS DUE UPON BOOKING TO CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION; THE REMAINING BALANCE WILL BE DUE NO LATER THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. RESERVATIONS MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOUR ARRIVAL DATE MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. Notice of cancellation given prior to 30 days before your arrival will result in a full refund excluding a $50 service fee. Reservations cancelled within 30 days but prior to 7 days before your arrival will be credited to you for your use with a 1 year expiration date, excluding a $50 service fee. This credit can be transferred to another party. If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of your arrival or do not show up on the date of your reservation, you WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY REFUND OR CREDIT for payments made. Although we will make every effort to assist you, the resort cannot be responsible for delays in your arrival due to flight and/or travel delays. If you are experiencing travel issues, please contact the resort ASAP to inform us so that we may work with you to adjust your reservation.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
