部屋の広さは他のホステスなみ。シャワーは水圧が強い、お湯は高めです。ベッドが高めで下にバッグが収められて便利。タオルバスタオルはない。

Room needs updating, no shower curtains,wash basin tap water flow very slow, no microwave oven as listed, otherwise reasonable for budget hotel room size average no facilities for storing clothing no wardrobes or cupboards, just a towel rail and hooks on the door.

香港中心部で、とても安い宿を探したい方におススメです。(無論、通常の綺麗さを求めていない方に限る。) 重慶大廈のAブロックの3階に受付があります。このビルには、他にも沢山の宿が入居しています。デポジットが100ドル少々取られました。シャワーが共用か部屋に備え付けどちらが良いか聞かれました。シャワー付きだと少し高くなると言われましたが、結局追加料金は無かったです。それから、シャワー付きの部屋は別のブロックにあるようで、Dブロックへ移動します。7階へ上がると右へ曲がり突き当たりにある右手側のドアのベルを鳴らすと受付の方が出てきます。ドアの暗証番号を教えてもらえます。廊下の壁にwifiの暗証番号が貼ってあります。速度は十分でした。部屋は綺麗ではりませんが、シーツは洗濯もしてありますし、そこが大きいと思います。普通の感覚で言えば汚いです。シャワーとトイレは一体型ですが、一体化し過ぎですからベタベタになるのが気になる方にはきついと思います。しかし、ゆっくり眠れました。連泊したので部屋を開けている間にベットメイクが入ります。何か取られてしまわないか心配になりますが、何も取られませんでした。防犯カメラは、エレベーターや廊下に設置されています。一階は中東系の人が宿の勧誘をしてきます。飯を食べられる場所が沢山あり、私はここでカレーやチキン、ライス、チャパティなどを食べていました。安いですし、うまかったです。香港に来たのにチャパティばかり食べていました。換金所もありますので、レートを確認の上利用すると良いと思います。銀行に行くのも面倒でしたのでビル一階の入り口近くにある、換金所で換金しました。3000円が205ドルになりました。

受付はA座３Fにあって部屋はD座７Fのsingh guesthouseってところだった。３Fには14時ごろは１００％エレベータが満員で止まらないため荷物を持って階段を降りなければならないので重いと大変。チェックインでは、追加料金（シーツ交換料一日20ドルと掃除代一日20ドル）とデポジット100ドルを払うと、何かの裏紙に入口の暗証番号を書いて渡されます。この紙は捨てずに取っておかなければなりません。デポジットの引換券になっています。部屋の鍵を返すだけではデポジットを返してもらえません。これはデポジット代をふんだくる詐欺のようなものです。私は朝早い飛行機だったので前の晩にチェックアウトをしたのですが、一筋縄では行かないチェックアウトでした。まず、デポジットを返してもらえない。デポジット返してくれとおやじに言ったらレシート持って来いみたいなことを言われ、そんなもの貰った覚えないとなります。もしかしてあのメモ書きかと思い部屋に取りに返り（往復３０分くらいかかりますエレベータが混んでいるので）、おやじに見せるとおーこれだこれだみたいなことを言ってデポジットを返してもらえました。普通こんなメモ書き捨ててるぜどうなっているんだここのシステムは！それともう一つ驚きのシステムが、チェックアウトすると部屋の鍵は回収されるということです。D座７Fに戻ってどうやって部屋に入るんだと聞くと、おやじがD座７Fのスタッフに電話して開けるというのだが、部屋に戻るまでの最大３０分間は鍵開けっ放しとなります。さらに、部屋に戻ると鍵がないので外に出られない。不便だ！ところで、部屋の掃除は１回だけだったので掃除代とシーツ代返せって言いたかったけど交渉が難しいので断念しました。掃除代とシーツ代も詐欺ですね！他に気づいたところは、・シャワーのお湯がぬるいというか冷たい（温水スイッチは部屋の外にあるのでこれも不便）・タオル、石鹸なし（タオルは受付に言うとくれるが、逆に言うと言わないとくれない）・電波入らない、ホテルのwifiつながらない・コンセントが２個中１個通電していない（高い位置にあるテレビ用のコンセントしか使えない）・テレビはほとんど映らない・ベッドががたがた以上の理由でおすすめしません。

These rooms in the Chung King Mansions are always rather spartan, but for the price it usually doesn't matter. However, we had booked two twin beds, and were given a twin and a full size bed, in a room that was designed only for two twins at the most. So there was no room between the beds, and you had to crawl onto the beds to get around. The second night we were moved to a two-twin room, which was more what we were expecting.

The pictures presented in the hotel advertisement is different from actual ones. The lobby is filled with other things like pile of tiles, and mattresses, and they hang bed sheets and blankets at the area which were not pleasant at all. The room was quite smelly too. I couldn't access the toilet properly because the bed had been in the way. There was also a time when my key didn't work so I had to wait for more than an hour before someone arrived to help open my room.

冲涼時浴室去唔到水，Ｄ水湧出睡房，問前枱櫃位阿叔攞地拖自己抹，佢話冇，投訴又話以前都係咁！俾三幾份報紙你返房索水，自己即刻拉簾瞓覺(22:00左右)！冷氣無冷風，出涼風(風扇嗰種)，3573號房冷氣嗊暖風！

Stay away by all means! Terrible, absolutely terrible. Dirty, smelly. Cockroaches, black mold, dirty sheets, pilow cases. The hotel has mandatory clean-up fee of 20% of a rate! Additionally, there is a 100 local dollars deposit for freaking card key! Save your money, and choose another alternative!
