The hotel's service was astonishing to us. The employees were genuinely pleasant and eager to assist. It makes a huge difference in the experience that you could feel a happy crew. Although not specifically reviewed, this staff deserves to be identified. It was quite clean, but it didn't meet our expectations. We stayed in this hotel with a family of five teens. We were looking for a more touristy hotel. The Meridian is excellent for business travellers and travelers who visit the city. Perhaps less ideal for a family who wants to rest for a few days in the hotel facilities. However, the staff and the brand new facility may please some people.

After a long time of delays and renovations, I visited this Le Meridian. Modern and well-furnished rooms feature latest technology. Touch controls don't feel at all comfortable for me, I'm not really a fan. To be completely honest, most of the Le Meridian design language has vanished. The old design screams Le Meridian in different ways, but the new design is dull, which is not at all good. One major letdown is the bathroom in the formerly premier corner room, now known as the discovery corner room. The bathtub had a view of the ocean and hillside. Now, it is covered in marble walls and has an oddly locked window at the top. The view bath is completely blocked because you can not stand soaking in it? The bathtub is also strangely short and subterranean. To deep soak in it, you must be as long as a supermodel, not as tall as a kid. They care about the environment, removed all plastic bottles and replaced them with a tap for drinking water. Breakfast is a solid one, and so is their infamous spicy crab omelet! In addition to standard dishes, I wish they could offer more options. French will be much better if more classic dishes in other European countries are added. We are very satisfied with the service provided by this hotel. The employees were so accommodating and friendly, and I can tell you how much that makes the experience better. Although the hotel itself is not particularly clean, it is not close to what we were expecting. We were a family of 5 teenagers going out for a staycation in his. We were seeking a hotel that more resembled a vacation. Meridian is perfect for visitors who want to visit the city or for business travelers. Perhaps not great for a family who wants to stay for a few days of the hotel facilities.

For the first time since the Couid hotel has been completely renovated, I am returning to this hotel, the rooms are much nicer, and the bath tubs are fantastic. The staff is exceptionally friendly and effective, and when I forgot my medicine on the Swiss flight, the staff found it and took it back to the hotel. The most important thing about this hotel, which is that you are out of town, is that the area is ideal if you have children that are extremely safe outdoors. Cyberport has a center with all the best cyber games, a movie theatre and my donald, all within 100 meters, so I suggest you book a sea vew room, because the gigantic ships, all of them are close to the shore, let me add, the shuttle service takes you there and takes you to hug central, which takes only 20 minutes every hour.

To be honest, this is my first time staying at this hotel since the entire Couid hotel was renovated. The shuttle service takes you from hug central to the airport, which only takes 20 minutes each hour. The rooms are much more inviting, and the bath tub is great. The rooms are even nicer. The staff is incredibly kind and effective. I forgot my medicine on the Swiss flight, and the staff brought it back to the hotel. The location of this hotel, which is outside of town, is excellent. I suggest obtaining a sea-vew room, as these gigantic ships, all of which are only 100 meters away, will make you think of them.
