The check in and check out part has a delay in waiting for staff to come down to the lobby. Door unlocking procedures were not mentioned. We had to ask someone else to help.

3 hari 2 malam nginep disini. Ada Pros & Cons. First of all, it was a good stay. Mulai dari Pros: - Lokasi super duper strategis. Ada persis di jantung kota Causeway bay, dekat ke semua transportasi, 5 menit ke MTR Causeway, dan depan hotel udah bisa naik Tram. - Buat orang indonesia, lokasi ini rumah kedua untuk para TKW & TKI. Ada "kampung indonesia" pas di samping hotel. Banyak yang jual nasi uduk dan warung" makan menjual sayur & bumbu indonesia. Sering lalu lalang TKW indonesia yg saling menyapa dengan bahasa daerah masing". - Lokasi dekat dengan Mall, pharmacy, dan hiburan lainnya. - Dibelakang hotel ada mall dan Don donki terbesar & lengkap, ada toko mainan Hung Hing Toys yang terkenal di Mall Windsor . - Di sebrang hotel ada MCD 24 jam, dan ada Jollibee - Di belakang hotel ada Supermarket Wellcomm (seperti superindo, tempat belanja warga lokal dengan harga murah, saran beli air mineral disini aja, karena paling murah dari semua tempat) - Kebersihan kamar great, ada dapur jadi bisa masak" simple, semua yang bersih & berfungsi dengan baik. - AC bersih tidak ada bau rokok - Jendela besar dan bisa melihat pemandangan kota lalu lalang orang di sepanjang jalan. (yang paling dirindukan setelah pulang) Cons: - Harga yang pricey, tp worth krn lokasi strategis, dapur, dan kebersihan - Resepsionis ibu" paruh baya yang gak pernah senyum dan tidak friendly - Deposit Rp2,000,000 Selebihnya, saya suka stay disini!

地點很方便，於銅鑼灣中心地帶房間設計時尚簡約，有電磁爐和煮食用具接待處職員很友善，主動幫忙房間清潔有待改善，廁所不是乾濕分離

Be careful with this property, totally inaccurate listing . The room is super tiny while the listing stated 310sqft for the deluxe plus. We were so upset and came to talk to the manager (Carmen) she's do stubborn and keep saying for sure the room is 310sqft as listed. Later on she said she would move us to another room. We waited and nothing happened. We talked to her again and she said to give her 20 mins to figure this out and again no response. Called her again and she's back to square one said the room size is as the listing. We're so mad and literally measured the room. It turned out the tiny room is 160sqft....can you be? Omg so terrible!!! The owner fooled us with this wrong listing. We requested for a refund but she's very rude. We had to leave and book at another hotel There is no way that you can stay at this tiny room. The walk way just fits 1 person. PLEASE NEVER BOOK THIS V CAUSEWAY PROPERTY. THEY LIE AND RUDE. AVOID THIS.
