Hotel resor Sai Kung ini benar-benar mewah! Kamarnya luas dan bersih, fasilitasnya sempurna, stafnya ramah dan sopan, sarapannya enak dan bervariasi, transportasinya nyaman dan masa inapnya sangat menyenangkan. Setiap detailnya diperhatikan dengan baik, membuat tamu merasa seperti di rumah sendiri. Sangat cocok untuk keluarga, teman, atau individu.

Saya memesan 1 kamar tidur, tetapi saya tidak tahu mengapa memberi saya 2 tempat tidur dan tanpa dekorasi. Kamarnya bersih dan rapi, cukup berjalan kaki ke pasar dan pantai. Kolam renang berada di rooftop dengan pemandangan yang indah, tetapi menurut saya cukup lama karena cukup sulit untuk menemukan pintu masuk. Saya bertanya kepada 2 staf di mana kolam berada. Yang satu mengatakan tidak tahu, yang lain mengatakan ambil lift, tapi ada 2 lift, saya salah naik! Staf hanya melihat kami dan tidak membantu apa pun. Sarapannya biasa saja, tidak terlalu istimewa. Anda bisa mencobanya di luar kota Sai Kung dengan harga lebih murah. Jadi kesimpulannya staf di hotel ini membutuhkan lebih banyak pelatihan tentang layanan pelanggan dan semangat dalam pekerjaan mereka. Mereka terlihat tidak peduli. Saya menghabiskan 3 K HKD per malam karena saya adalah penduduk lokal, saya merasa tidak layak dengan layanan ini di hotel mewah. Peralatan keras hotel ini baik-baik saja, tetapi staf kurang pelatihan layanan, mereka bahkan tidak tahu apa itu "layanan" dengan cara yang hangat.

The staff was friendly and smiling. The room was clean and equipped with all the amenities needed. There are many restaurants with delicious food options even for vegetarians. I highly recommend this place for peace and beautiful scenery. Worth every penny spent here, thank you for the beautiful memories.

Kami dapat bersantai di sini setelah keramaian kota. Sarapan lezat dan kamar luas dengan perabotan lengkap. Tempat tidurnya besar dan selalu dibersihkan setiap hari. Tidak ada yang kurang memuaskan. Staf sangat ramah. Pusat kota dapat dicapai dalam 30 menit dengan taksi (sekitar EUR 20) atau bus hotel.
