A pleasant hotel in cheung chau with breathtaking ocean views. Being on that balcony and watching the waves gently swim across the sand is so peaceful and worth the stay. The room was adequate, and it was spacious and bright. It was noteworthy because it had just been painted. For the most part, it was tidy and clean, but the bathroom had a lot of grime in hidden locations, there was a lot of dust behind the toilet bowl, and some mildew in a few places, but that wasnt a big deal as it was mainly okay! The bed was spacious and very comfortable. Expect service or a resortlike location. My room did not have a towel! Simply inquire if they elude like I did. It was impossible to check. There was a single woman on both the reception desk and phone, and as the line got worse, the line became larger. It wasnt a major issue when finally another staff member came to assist. The personnel were generally good, they werent unfriendly or rude. I would certainly return for the view, the balcony, and the peacefulness of the current quiet life in cheung chau.

Even though the hotel is quite old, it's still a great place to stay or visit. The facilities work well. The view is so calm and relaxing. The distance from the center and hotel is a little long, but the location is very close to the beach.

I have lived on the charming island of cheung chau for 15 years and whenever I return to visit, I always stay at the Warwick Hotel. The hotel offers spotless, cozy lodging and attentive personnel for budget travelers. When I went over the terrible new year holiday and needed a heater, one was quickly provided. Extra peanut snacks? A bunch of them were delivered to my door with a smile. Could I have a bowl and spoon so I could make my instant oatmeal every morning from the teapot in my room? Of course, no problem. Also, they go above and beyond to assist in times of crisis. Hero Leung, the hotels executive assistant manager, graciously offered me a sim card from one of his own personal phones after my cellphone's local sim card ran out. He took the time to assist me in finding testing center when I needed a quick CUID test on my return trip back to the US. Thats the kind of service that gets repeat business. On the minor downside, the furniture is a bit worn, and the hotel only has two English channels, which means the wifi is limited to the lobby. I can deal with these limitations, but I hope the hotel upgrades in the future. In general, I thought the Warwick hotel was excellent value for the money.

This is a vacation you must remember with friends and family. We appreciate the fantastic hospitality assistance. Special mention goes to the hotel reception manager, My. Nelson, because without him, things would run differently. The location is ideal for traveling with families or couples. This year, we celebrate our one-year wedding anniversary, and we had more than what we could have imagined for the personnel, accommodations, and panorama! From the first hour of our stay until the final second, our kids were having a great time at the front beach. Additionally, a fantastic anniversary cake was arranged by management, and a late check-out was given to our second room. We had a truly wonderful experience, and our family is very thankful!
