This is the third summer vacation my wife and I will stay at the Erzebet Hotel, and things have changed negatively this time. The price is good, and it's ok with the chalkboard. However, this year we found that what was not working last year was not working this year either, and there had to be improvement. The internet is still going on and off, and often you are cut off unexpectedly and back on minutes later to start your activity from the beginning. Breakfast is great, but dinner this year had smaller portions than last year. We had two dinners out of seven and were still feeling a little hungry! It was incredibly shocking to see dinner was reduced. When we paid the system wasn't working, and the front desk told us to contact our bank during closed hours! When we told them to check the internet connection and router, everything worked as usual. At last, it was the same issue as last summer, the air conditioner suddenly stopped working for days with lots of explanations. At the end, we had to change rooms! All of these things are truffles, and should be simple to deal with, but do it. The argument that the hotel was fully booked, perhaps indicates more about low prices than good quality. Let me say, the staff is friendly and willing to assist, but the management has to start taking matters seriously.

The food is good but nothing special. The staff is very slow and not very helpful, they always seemed grumpy. There is a bar where you can have a drink if you are lucky. We didn't because the receptionist said there was no one to serve us. Thank you. The next day we got a terrible coffee so I left it there. I complained and the waiter said I was right, the coffee tasted very bad. So it was fine because we spent the minimum in the hotel.
