We were a little apprehensive about what we had reserved because my companion and I were going to an Squires gig up the road since we got emails with instructions and codes for entering the structure and also needing a key safe to get into the room. There are many designated parking spaces outside, as shown in the email, on the exterior of the down-the-high building that appeared a little unappealing. It was located on a side street that is directly off the high it and appeared to be unwelcoming from the outside. There is plenty of designated parking spaces outside as described in the email. The building is split into three levels, with two private secure rooms throughout each apartment, and one shared kitchen. We called the email's number because we were unable to turn the water on because our room no. 8 on the top floor was immaculately clean and cozy but very chilly, but we couldn't figure out how to turn the water on. The proprietor quickly went out within 15 minutes and made sure it was handled with excellent customer service. The shower was fantastic, and the towels were white and fluffy. There was a kettle, fridge, freezer, microwave, and toaster in the shared dining area. As well as cutlery and utensils, there was tea, coffee, sugar, and milk. We chose this hotel because we live in a different country and go to the clubs for a birthday, so we decided to stay here for one night with two of my friends. The location is close to the city by walking about 10 minutes. The bed was comfortable, so we sleep well. It has good facilities and cleanliness. Ive stayed here before and it's exactly the same. I will definitely stay here again and I'll recommend it to friends.

My husband has been staying here on a regular basis. Always very clean and he experienced no real problems. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. Never had any problems with Netflix. Some other guests may be a bit noisy but that happens everywhere.

We were very pleased when we came back from a stay here. We had two rooms with great comfort and excellent cleanliness. I have detailed instructions on how to gather keys which makes life easy. Easy to get around the station and very friendly. The hotel has good facilities including a fan in the rooms. It was convenient to have a kitchen, especially a fridge. The bathtub was fantastic and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely recommend it!.
