The hotel is beautiful with many different spaces including the inner courtyard. Our room and bathroom were very nice and comfortable. Loved the decor. Food was amazing! The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. I left my prescription sunglasses behind and the front desk team did everything to ensure they would be shipped to my home. They stayed in contact with me as we worked through different shipping venues and payment. I am so grateful and highly recommend this hotel and the excellent service they provide. Thank you especially to Noelia and Sunny! Outstanding care and service in a beautiful location!

Sehr gutes Hotel! Sehr große Auswahl beim Frühstück (viele lokale Produkte). Sehr leckeres Abendessen. Große Zimmer, bequemes Bett. 1000kr Gutschein fürs Restaurant bekommen, da wir für 2 Nächte keine Zimmerreinigung in Anspruch genommen haben. Gute Ausgangslage am See mit 2 tollen Hot Pots. Zu Empfehlen! Bestes Hotel!

Changching

Very interesting hotel near the edge of Lake Myvatn with many wooden sculptures throughout the property. The room was large and clean. The staff was very friendly and supportive with minor requests. Dinner at the onsite restaurant was delicious. The forest ragout had complex yet complimentary flavors. The cod was delicately cooked. I loved their homemade bread.

Lovely hotel in a great location. The family room was huge with a seating area. Very comfortable bed and super shower. Lovely staff, especially the young lady who was in the busy restaurant alone during dinner but managed to remain smiling throughout service. Very nice breakfast but we were a bit disappointed by dinner. Limited choices and a lack of fresh salads etc. We had a pizza from Daddi’s nearby one night. Very nice but expensive! We swam at Laugar public pool - excellent. Also ate meat soup at the cafe on the main road at Laugar. Very good.

The Myvatn area is a hidden gem of Iceland and Berjaya Hotel is the hidden gem of Myvatn. We love the hotel and had a good rest after we did 3 quarters of the ring road.

Wonderful hotel and great location. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. We couldn't have hoped for a better experience - we got to see Aurora Borealis!! Thanks to the "wake up" option provided upon check-in. We received a phone call the night of April 8th and WOW! Once in a lifetime experience.

Very nice hotel, in a good location, fuel station and convenience shop close by. We loved the hot bath which was free and had a happy 2 nights there. Would definitely recommend it to other travellers.

Wonderful place to stay if you are around the area. Parking just right in front of the hotel. Room is clean n updated. Toilet and shower are all great. Hot water n water pressure is good. Manage to catch aurora lights on my 4th night in Iceland all thanks to the staff who taught me to spot the values about aurora lights. They even provide room call service if aurora light are spotted. 👍💪. Stayed there for 2 night and saw the aurora lights for 2 nights in a row. One downside about that place is the drive there during winter. Do drive safe while heading there. I still love my stay there.

The room was great, and we especially loved being able to get a call when the aurora borealis was out! Thanks to the hotel staff, we had the incredible experience of seeing the Northern lights right outside the hotel door.
