If you want to see the true India, Adiva Hotel is ideally situated, with lots of traders on the street, Although some areas are less than desirable after dark. Just a short taxi ride away from the Gateway Of India. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable and food was excellent. Staff were courteous, efficient and nothing was to much problem for them.

Hotel yang sangat bagus. Kamarnya luas, rapi dan bersih. Layanannya bagus. Saran: staf harus mengetahui lebih banyak tentang area tersebut agar mereka dapat membantu pelanggan lebih banyak (misalnya restoran yang bagus). Area di sekitar hotel adalah kelemahan utama. Tidak banyak yang bisa dilakukan dan sulit untuk menemukan makanan enak.

This is a good hotel with a luxurious interior and a comfortable stay. The view is great in the city with a nearby market and experience.

The hotel is new and still not operating fully. The rooms are nice and well furnished. The atmosphere is pleasant. Breakfast is very basic and needs improvement. The staff are helpful but not very experienced. The hotel needs to be maintained to maintain it on the same level.

The location is strange, so do your research before leaving the hotel to walk around. Great hotel in a strange location. This is my first time in india and it was really nice to arrive at this hotel 2 am. The room was very clean and had free bottled water which i really appreciate. The room is spacious and silent which was a great surprise given drivers like honking non stop. I was late for breakfast and they brought breakfast to my room which was also very nice.

Excellent new hotel with very well furnished rooms and full amenities. Breakfast can be served to you in the rooms if you request it. The staff is very kind and polite. Also very generous with free water bottles in the room. Customer satisfaction is similar to what can be achieved in a 5 star hotel in mumbai. And probably the best value for money hotel in mumbai city right now.

Hotelnya sederhana tetapi kebersihannya lebih baik dari rata-rata untuk kategori ini. Staf sangat membantu. Sayangnya lingkungan ini bukan yang terbaik. Kamarnya mungkin agak kecil, tapi masih di lantai atas dan karenanya memiliki pemandangan.
