This place is so lovely and comfortable, if you want to visit Goa, please go out. I booked this beautiful villa and stayed alone.

Stayed in Arjun villa for 4 nights. We were made to feel so welcome, like we were at home. The room is perfectly equipped with a fridge for making tea and coffee, making breakfast, which we enjoyed every day on the terrace with a view of the trees' flowers. The bed is comfy, and the shower is always hot. Both the rooms themselves are immaculate. This is a very safe gated compound guarded by a friendly family labrador spark, where you can really relax and enjoy the beautiful ambience. We will definitely return many thanks joan and godfrey Arjun for your kindness.

At the conclusion of October, I spent two weeks at Arjun Villa. I have nothing negative to say about it, and it was a wonderful one. The Arjun Villa is conveniently situated close toanna, just a short stroll from restaurants, shops, and other amenities. anna beach and the various shacks that line the beach are both about a 10-minute difficult walk away. These aren't as terrible as they appear, and they are all good for food and beverages. decent nightlife. The Arjun Villa's owners, Godfrey and joan, are a kind, accommodating couple. They are always willing to assist you and provide advice, and they are not invading on you. Because they are familiar with the area, you would be wise to listen to them. I was in one of the spacious upstairs rooms, which had two single beds, a table, and a few chairs. There is a decent-sized bathroom, which is a decent bedroom with excellent showers. Outside the upstairs, the balcony is pleasant to sit and read. The view is good and takes in the surrounding foliage. Because of a few electricity outages, the internet is not always available. service that is friendly. The only drawback were some construction that began early in the mornings, and of course, the barking dogs, which are a nuisance wherever you remain. Overall, Arjun

This was my first experience in Goa, and the hosts godfrey and joan made this stay even better. The rooms are nice sizes and have lots of space. There is a fridge in the room. The room did not have an AC, but had a good fan to keep the room cool. The location is prime and in the center. They have a very nice black lab named sparky, who is also very sweet. This place was like home away from home! I would def stay there again and hope so too.

The best things about this place are Joan and her lovely husband, who also helped us with everything, and their wonderful husband, who is also his partner, and they also give us very useful information about everything we wanted to know. The villa is so well situated for example, 10 minutes from the beach and the famous flea market, very close to a good restaurant, and 10 minutes to the oxford supermarket. In the room, there is a TV in the room, and it comes with a TV, coffee and tea dispenser, refrigerator, and ac in the room.
