You can buy curios, go to the beach, eat lunch during an otherwise unplanned daytrip, start the return trip, and most importantly, get to the crocodile reservecumdeer park maintained by the forest department. Reasonably clean and all basic amenities are available here. The majority of bakkhali private hotels are also here.
