We are a 10-person group, so we made three accommodations, but when we asked to make 3 reservations together, we were able to get rooms far from one another. We got to the rp, but the rooms were not properly cleaned. When we went there, the receptionist informed us that the cleaning lady got hurt. The complaints kept getting worse and they had a lot of resentments about everything. The location is the best thing in terms of the stunning vistas. However, as soon as you enter the village, you will be completely off--because the phone signals will go off. The resort claims to have WiFi, which was not available for a single minute during our two nights and three days of stay. Most of the times, there was no power. In fact, we had to give up our buckets to get hot water for bathing. Although it could be made, there were a few hiccups to be resolved. The property also has understaffed, and the food orders are delayed even after we have given three meal orders three years in advance. The property is completely neglected, as are the fixtures and furnishings inside the apartment. We were told that breakfast would be a buffet, but they could not provide it. Leave no luxury, but even necessities are impossible here. To summarize, this location isn't meant to be for vacations, but it might be useful if you have

We were a group of 10 people and booked 3 cottages which were not prepared even after 20 days of rebooting time. We arrived at rp but the room was not cleaned properly. On checking, the receptionist said the housekeeping girl was injured. The list of complaints kept accumulating, and they had excuses for everything. The best thing about the place is the location and stunning views. However, as soon as you enter the village, the phone signal will go out. The resort claims to have wifi which was not available for a single minute during our 2 nights and 3 days stay. Most of the time, there was no electricity. In fact, we had to give our buckets to get hot water to bathing. One or two hiccups can still be adjusted, but the stay was full of hiccups. The property is also understaffed due to which they are continuously running, and food orders are delayed even after giving meal orders 3 his in advance. The property is not maintained or the fixtures and furnishings inside the room. We had requested a buffet breakfast at the time of booking, but they were unable to provide it. Leave any luxury, but even basic necessities are not accessible here. To cut it short, this location is not meant for vacations, but it might be good if you have to punish someone. Please avoid this, there are better properties in the same area.
