House Rules and Important Information! 1) We are Located in the outskirts of the city, in Village Sisarma, we overlook Lake Pichola and border the forest area. Our home is surrounded by hills and offers an unparalleled view of the lake and historical buildings of Udaipur. 2) Each room is individually styled & offers a spectacular view of lake Pichola. All the rooms have French windows that offer panoramic views of the old city-scape.3) The Rooftop Dining Area offers food that is prepared with freshly sourced ingredients. The guests can order food on a la carte basis. Consumption of food not allowed in the rooms & no In-Room Dining service provided. Last orders for lunch & dinner are taken at 1:30 PM & 09:30 PM respectively. Kitchen stays closed between 3PM - 6PM. 4) All rooms are non-smoking. There are designate smoking areas such as the common balconies near the staircase & rooftop terrace. 5) Access to bedrooms and Rooftop Dining is by stairs only. 6) In order to maintain hygiene and cleanliness for our guests, we serve meals in the Rooftop Dining area only. Housekeeping service is available everyday until 6 PM. 7) The Homestay Hosts as well as the Homestay Manager are always available to help & assist our guests. 8) Homestay reserves the right to deny reservations to local residents of Udaipur or people residing in Udaipur temporarily for work / studies and are unmarried. Guests are requested not to invite outside visitors in the room during their stay. They can use common areas to meet their visitors.For any further assistance please reach out to us directly.
