2025 Villa Rules - Main guest to inform all members of the Group -- We know, we know, rules are boring… But these rules ensure that we can provide you and future guests with an amazing experience.

1. INR 10,000 cash security deposit is collected from guests on arrival and returned during check-out, subject to any damages.
2. No Pets allowed.
3. No Smoking inside the villa.
4. No Large DJ Speaker will be permitted at the villas.
5. STRICTLY NO MUSIC (low/loud) and No Fireworks are allowed outdoors after 9 PM. High Court Order. Violators can be charged an INR 1,00,000 fine or asked to leave the premises or imprisonment, or a license revocation. Play music softly/sensibly outdoors between 9 AM to 9 PM below 55db.
6. NOT ALLOWED WITHOUT GOVT PERMISSION – Wedding functions, anniversaries, DJ, event organizers, large speakers, etc., as special government permission is required. Call to inquire.
7. The management accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage of personal items or valuables. Kindly ensure safekeeping of your belongings and put valuable items in the digital locker provided.
8. No large/mini buses or Tempo Traveler are allowed to enter/park at our villas.
9. Damages must be paid to the Manager on-site, who is responsible for the villa inventory.
10. Private chefs must be accompanied by their own dishwashing/service staff.
11. Lastly, because this is an Agoda community not a hotel, and is also my holiday home, please be respectful of the property and treat it as your own home
