Visitor Policy: Only registered guests (Check-In) are allowed in the guestrooms. Visitors who are not staying at the property will be charged an entry fee (i.e., Cover Charge). If a visitor guest stays back till 10 PM, then 4500+ Tax is chargeable.



As per RBI guidelines, it will be mandatory to enter the ATM PIN while using your credit card or debit card at our hotels.



As per recent Govt. law, it is mandatory for all the guests to show their Photo ID proof at the time of Check-In, which can be in the form of a Passport and Visa Copy, Driving License, Voter ID Card, failing which the hotel reserves the right of refusal. In the case of foreigner/NRI guests, a passport with Visa or OCI/POI is mandatory. Pan Card will not be accepted. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. In case check-in is denied by the hotel(s) due to lack of required documents, you cannot claim a refund & the booking will be considered as NO SHOW.




The tariff does not include charges for optional “Room Service” (such as Telephone calls, Room Service, Mini Bar, Snacks, Laundry extra bed, etc.).



Arms/Weapons are not allowed on the premises.



Swimming Pool is only allowed in swimming costumes like Lycra & Nylon attire.



If any damage is found, the hotel can charge directly from the guest.



Safety features at this property include a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector, a security system, a first aid kit, and window guards.



Mandatory Gala Dinner charges payable at the hotel: Mandatory Gala Dinner charges on 24th & 25th December - Child 4 to 8 years @ INR 1300/- plus GST per child and above 8 years/adult @ INR 2000/- plus GST per person. Mandatory Gala Dinner charges on 31st December - Child 4 to 8 years @ INR 4000/- plus GST per child and above 8 years/adult @ INR 7500/- plus GST per person and INR 12000/- plus GST for couples.



When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Our resort is a theme-based resort with different room sizes and interiors in each category.



Standard check-in time is 03:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.



Age Policy: One child between 04 yrs. to 08 yrs. will be complimentary on sharing an existing bed. The second child between 04 yrs. to 08 yrs. will be on a chargeable basis of INR 3500 + GST per night. A child above 08 yrs. will be considered an adult @ INR 4500 + GST per night. Charges taken are accommodation price only. As per hotel policy, 4 PAX in one room is “NOT ALLOWED” except FRS Room.



Breakfast is included on CP Plan.
