I have previously visited Varanasi with my family. I picked the Hotel City Inn for our stay from 11 to 16 February 2022 after reviewing a number of other hotels in Varanasi. The hotel's dedicated travel desk, where my. Rajesh, is incredibly helpful and accommodating, told me about nearby attractions in and around Varanasi. He also claimed to have arranged for the visit of our family at the ashi viswanath temple for a hassle-free drive. Additionally, he has hired an automobile to travel to Pragagrah allahabad. His. Rajesh also organised a trip to Varanasi through his trusted auto driver, and he also organized a trip to Pragagrah allahabad. The hotel has all the amenities under one roof. Both the lunch and supper are excellent, and the complimentary breakfast is provided at the hotel. Every hotel employee, including receptionist, transportation, and arrival desk staff, is wonderful. All of the requirements are satisfied right away after a room is ordered. The hotel has extraordinary rooms, and I gave the hotel a ten out of ten by me. Many greetings to the hotel's management and all its staff. My best wishes to the management and all its employees. (in Chennai)

The service was average, and the employees were extremely unhelpful and rude. Location was convenient and the transportation was simple to find. Overall, it was not a good stay. Try to book another hotel, otherwise I would not recommend it.

Honestly this hotel does not have much good food. But the staff was very well behaved and well coordinated. They arrange all visits without fail and even go out of their way to make sure a smooth and comfortable stay.
