All guest rooms at this property are non-smoking. Guests are responsible for all costs, damages, and liabilities caused by smoking.
As per government of India norms, all the occupants as per the booking occupancy including children are requested to carry a valid Original photo ID and produce it at the time of check in.
For Foreign Nationals: Valid Physical Passport and Valid Physical Visa.
For Indian Nationals: Aadhar card , Driving License, Passport or Voter ID.(Pan card will not be accepted for Check In).
Guest Room Usage Policy: The storage of combustible, hazardous, or prohibited items in guest rooms is strictly forbidden. The use or possession of narcotics, drugs, or any substances banned under Indian law is not permitted. Items such as poker chips/cards (associated with gambling), Bluetooth/wired speakers, hookahs, firearms, and flammable materials are not allowed within the hotel premises. Guests must refrain from engaging in or allowing any illegal activities, including those outlined in the Telangana Gaming Act, Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, or any other applicable laws. Any such activities discovered within the hotel will be reported to the Telangana Police without exception.
In case of any damage is done to the hotel property by guests during their stay, it will be the sole accountability of the guest that made the booking and hotel will levy damage charges as deemed fit.
Locals and unmarried couples are not allowed for check-in. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at the time of check-in.
Soft/digital copy of any Mentioned above ID cards will not be accepted and check in will be denied for the same.
The property does not allow joiners or visitors.
Usage of Kitchen on Studio , O1 BHK and 02 BHK on additional chargeable basis.
When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
The pool is currently closed for renovations and will reopen on February 1,2025
