I stayed at this hotel with my family in December, this place is perfect. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. It's very convenient and worth every penny.

During our stay here, we ate a few meals here. The service is very good and helpful, it's located on the beach. They offer cheap and clean rooms, so we can stay here for my next trip.

Great place to relax close to the water. Very pleasant stay in a warm atmosphere. The owner, My. Jess, is a wonderful host and patient. The rest of the crew, My. Sameer, and My. Arjun, are fantastic. They will tell you about the fish caught in the morning and provide dishes of your choosing. The cottage is also excellent. We stayed in a sea view cottage. It's directly on the beach. So the sea is like your own pool and the beach is the courtyard! The noise of waves crashing at night makes your stay even more unique and special. Stay in this sea view cottage for an unforgettable experience. These cottages have air conditioning and a private bathroom. The cottages behind may have a shared bathroom. Check before booking. I also rented an automatic car for self-driving and my. Jess helped with it. It was a brand new car in excellent condition. The beach itself is amazing, clean, and relaxing, but there are numerous shacks accessible. Every resort has a cottage. Some shops are also located on the beach road. Overall, this is one of the places you would like to return to. A great host, hospitality, and cuisine make a memorable stay. We weren't forced to visit the North Goa beaches because we were so charmed. visit Cola Beach and Gandlibaba beaches,

Visited Derby Beach Resort last week. We were seeking a good location to sit by the beach and have brunch, and we stumbled upon this place without regrets. Excellent position on Agenda beach, south goa. In addition, the beach is right next to the rooms, so we can go to the beach whenever we want. Very nice beach hut with a great host Jess, who is really humble in his nature. Very gentle and loyal restaurant staff. The huts are clean and well maintained. The most stunning aspect of the hut is the view. Good good food, a convenient location, and a price almost 25 lower than any other shack on agenda. During our two-day stay at the end of 2021, we never had to look for food outside. The huts' view is sufficient, even if you don't have a beach-facing room. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Wifi is adequate and wah is suitable. I slept here and would love to return soon. highly advisable.

I have been here twice in two years. The hostesses Jess and Arjun are very friendly and all the other staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. They will make sure you have the best agenda and go home with something to tell about.
