Our group of 10 people visited the property for a week end on September 22, and I took my two young children with us. We had the Presidential Suite and two jungle villas. The entire experience of the place is incredible, we adored the environment and the tranquility. However, the service on the first day was really unsatisfactory, we had to complain a lot for the first day, but the second day was better, and it could have been better. Being a spa resort and we had access to the Presidential Suite, another disappointment, there were no session schedules, the management should be able to try and make all of the guests at the resort since it is a wellness resort. Its a bit disappointing that there is no room for children younger than five. That was a satisfactory stay overall, I can say. Given the beauty of the area, there is a lot of room for improvement.

As a doctor and luxury travel writer who enjoys taking in new places, I have never had such an experience. It is so pathetic to call your visitor and then provide such type of service there. I am. Amit ori, prashant mohapatra, and Swat Human are responsible for reservations at Hilton Shilling Estate Retreat Spa. I got a price from Swat Human for a room reservation from August 30 to August 1, as I traveled from Mumbai to Chili. But as soon as I landed there, the other reception staff informed me that she was on leave as other employees told me. I tried calling her but she said she didn't answer. Then after spending my entire two hours talking with the best people about my conversation and the final deal I got, they were completely denied. They again said it was against their policy. I am a doctor and a luxury travel blogger who like to explore.

Hello. My stay at Hilton was wonderful. My mother and I had a great time on our trip. Relationship manager Anjali was friendly and accommodating. I was available on a call. The food must be commended for its culinary delight. At the green table, Chef Narayan served us a delicious, healthful salad and millet biryani. Breakfast was excellent. Just one thing: the ambience in the room might have been better or more vibrant because the property is situated in between the jungle. But it was a great, fulfilling experience all around. Thank you to all of the courteous and friendly employees who are also involved in the business..
