Staff is nice and courteous. Rooms were clean and updated. No issues during the stay. Housekeeping had to be called but I guess it’s primarily to allow for privacy/ security. Breakfast was good and the ability to order from kitchen was an awesome.

Great stay at nominal price. Floors throughout the hotel are made of some sort of smooth rocks like marble or granite. When it is covered with dust, it becomes quite slippery.

Staying at Diamond hotel, is always amazing. The staff is very helpful and hospitality is at par with 5-star hotels. The food is excellent and never gave me or my family any issues. The rooms are always clean and have no issues

Booked the hotel after looking at the reviews. Stayed for 5 nights. Good points : Close to the gullies of Varanasi but on a main road. Service is excellent but the people are very tight-lipped (as Wodehouse would have said "Stiff upper lip"). However one of the best stays and I enjoyed every bit of it. Negative point : But being in the main road has its own disadvantages of noise pollution. Suggestion: Probably a room at the back of the Hotel would be good. No complaints on stay.

A very good resort with a good pool. The room was clean and large and we enjoyed our stay. It's a bit far from the city around 1. 5 am but with bikes it's okay and you don't feel it. Happy to recommend.

Overall, a really good stay and divine experience in this holy city singing hemalatha. My journey to the holy city bananas aka ashi or varanasi is full of surprises starting from the airport until the various parts of the city are kept neat, clean, and in hygienic conditions the mud filled that is being cleaned on war foot basis. The new corridor of lord vishvanat ham offers a clean clean environment to the devotees everyone is helpful to the devotees ganges are overflowing with lots of water but giving a rustic feel to the devotees. Lanes and sublanes offer lots of street food and lots of options for shopping coming to lodging. I stay at the Hotel Diamond in the helper neighborhood ideally located and very close to so many interesting places the hospitality is excellent, and so is the food. The guests are treated very well, the food is kept in very clean and also hygienic conditions the

This place remains popular, as I already mentioned. 23 generations have used it as a venue for their weddings or family gatherings in a few cases. The restaurant is the only thing that needs improvement, so the entire team may benefit. It is a yr's history of being a property, and it deserves to be looked after in the years to come. To enhance their service, the employees should complete more training. Now promoted to the nice and effective team by their go my Panda misery's seasoned leadership. I want to extend a condolences to their boss inhuman singh, who was always willing to assist and looking forward to another stay in the upcoming year, hopefully one step higher. Wishings to the entire glittering team.

The hotel is close to the temples, with a large, clean, comfortable room. Even though there aren't many shops nearby, the breakfast menu is very tasty with Indian menus. The service is also very friendly, the hotel location is also very strategic.
