Hello, I would like to summarize and report on my experiences at your resort Eagle Ridge Bangalore. Late on February 1, 2020, at around 21:30, we checked in, and our stay, including breakfast and lunch, was planned for a day, and you had charged 400 inrs for the two of us and demanded the full amount upon arrival. I want to first state that you are incredibly rewarded for the assistance and facilities you provided. The very few drunken employees working at the reception could smell their bad breath. When we got into the room, the dampness blew our minds out, and it made us think we were being duped, and no one was getting them upon asking for wifi. There is no WiFi connectivity right now. The rooms were filthy, the air conditioner noise was too loud, the blankets were not washed, the toilet was unusable, the flush was broken, the shower was not functioning properly, the curtain was not washed dust and the spider web was all over, and the towel was old and filthy. The only great thing was the dusty antique furniture that was visible. When it came to the food, there was no option, and the basic coffee was prepared by an amateur cook. As a result, the dining area is also filthy, and the dining area is dusty. As a result, we had no choice but to offer what we wanted for

The location is very nice, and also the service is very friendly. The food here is very satisfying, and they also have very friendly Peter.

It reminded me of luxury hotels of the past. Although the condition of the rooms is slightly old and unmaintained, we felt it was worth the price. There are two rooms each with a bathroom attached, and there is a hall with a table and dining area. In reality, it is a decent bungalow without a kitchen. Sadly, there isn't much care. The interior is great. The surroundings are extremely highend and we felt like we were in a developed foreign country.
