The room rate on December 25, 2019 and December 31, 2019 are inclusive of gala dinner.
1. Applicability: This policy applies to all guests bringing pets into the hotel premises. lt sets clear expectations for both pet owners and hotel staff 2. Pet Types Allowed: Only Domesticated Pets such as Dogs, Cats birds, fish and Service Dogs are allowed maximum up to 1 per room. Not weighing more than 25 KGS. Exotic animals, birds, and other types of pets are not allowed. 3. Room Allocation: Pets are permitted only in designated pet friendly rooms. These rooms are specifically prepared to accommodate pets and ensure their comfort.Service Animals: Service Animals are exempted from this policy but must adhere to basic hygiene and behavior standards. This ensures that all guests, including those with disabilities, can enjoy their stay. Responsibility: Pet owners are responsible for their pets at all times. This includes supervising their behavior and ensuring they do not disturb other guests. Reservations: A Non -refundable pet fee . This fee covers additional cleaning and maintenance required for the pet friendly rooms. Additional Rs 1500/- penalty will be charged for pets unreported and found in the room. Pet Disclaimer Form :Guest must sign a disclaimer form acknowledging the hotel's pel friendly policy and any associated fees. This disclaimer serves as a formal agreement between the guest and the hotel. Damage Charges : ln case of any damages done by the pet is reported, additional charges will be charged to the guest

While the pet is in the room, it is required to be supervised or crated at all times. while Housekeeping services are provided, the attendant will not service the room if the pet is left unattended. 2. When the pet is out of the room, it is required to be on a leash and under the control of the handler. 3. Pet Relief areas f stations may be provided for the guest convenience. lf Not guests are expected to take their pets out of the property for any relief. Pets are not permitted in guest public areas for relief 4. The handler is required to pick up and properly dispose off any waste in the designated relief area. 5. Pets are not allowed in public areas including restaurant, pool areas, spa/ salon, banquet/meeting rooms, recreation rooms . They can be allowed in designated sitting areas like patios with the handler. For pet walk/exercise specific path to be followed. Guests must confirm with the front desk about the areas outside the room where the pets are allowed. 6. Certain Dog breeds have a reputation for being more aggressive than others. For safety of all guests such breeds are not allowed. Dogs breed may include but not limited to Pit Bull, Great Dane, Husky, German Shepherd, Doberman, chow chow or other dog breed at discretion of the Management. Any Dog regardless of breed that shows aggression will be asked to be removed from the property. 7. Pet owners must provide proof of current vaccinations at the time of check-in . Required vaccines include Rabies
8. Service Animals that is trained individually to perform tasks for the benefit of a person with disability are working animals and will not be treated as pets. 9. Service animals must be permitted to accompany people with disabilities in all areas . 10. When a guest books a hotel with service animal team member must not ask about the guest's disability 11. A guest with disability can not be asked to remove the service animal out of the property unless the service animal is out of control . ln such case where there is a legitimate reason to ask the service animal to be removed, the hotel team member must offer the guest with disability the opportunity to obtain the services without the animal's presence. 12. The mandatory cleaning fee is waived off for service animals
