CANCELLATION POLICY
• For bookings less than or up to 06 rooms - 95% refund is applicable if cancelled 48 hours prior to check-in. Cancellations made within 48% hours prior to check-in will be charged 100% of the package value.
• For group booking of 07 rooms & above - 95% refund is applicable if cancelled 30 days prior to check-in. Cancellations made within 30 days prior to check-in will be charged 100% of the package value.
• All cancellations will attract a 5% convenience fee.
• 100% advance payment is required to confirm room bookings.
• Original receipt is mandatory for cancellations and processing refunds.
• Refund process usually takes 7-10 working days.
• All refunds will be made against cheque/ bank transfer only.
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission, service or accommodation without a refund for any reason(s) and/or if the guest is found to act in a disorderly fashion or refuses to follow the standards and policies of the Management of the hotel.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Check-in time: 12:00PM & Check-out time: 10:00AM.
• It is mandatory for every guest to produce a valid ID with address proof at the time of check-in.
• All foreign nationals must carry a valid passport and visa.
• It is mandatory for an affiliated Club Member to present their valid Club Membership ID along with ID proof for all guests at the time of check-in.
• Free stay for children below 05 years without an extra mattress.
• Outside food, beverage and liquor is strictly not allowed in the hotel.
• As per hotel policy visitors are not allowed in guest rooms. In-house residents can meet their visitors in the hotel’s lobby or restaurants only.

The property reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as married couples if suitable ID proof is not presented at the time of check-in.
Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
